Man With Super Medical Skill (Matthew)
Chapter 3453 The Mysterious Woman

Matthew's face remained expressionless as he stared at the Medusa Emissary, his gaze dismissive, almost as if he were watching a clown.

"But you're still beneath me in strength," the Medusa Emissary sneered. "Now, I'll give you a chance-swear loyalty to me, take the Gorgon Brand, and I'll recommend you for the Medusa Gang as an enforcer," the emissary declared confidently, believing it was an offer no one would refuse. After all, the position meant having access to the organization's resources, maybe even connections into some major political circles. Finally, Matthew spoke up, his tone flat but laced with an unyielding fury. "The Medusa Gang traffics people on a massive scale. For that alone, you deserve death. You, your underlings, and everyone in the Medusa Gang-none of you deserve to live."

The Medusa Emissary's smirk faltered beneath his mask, his vibrant green eyes flashing with sudden rage. He had been far too polite with this man, allowing him to think he was begging for his loyalty.

Casimir, standing behind the Medusa Emissary, had a hint of delight in his gaze. Yes, fight it out! Fight to the death! With any luck, they'll all die, and the island will be mine.

Mack, looking a bit worse for wear, forced himself up, brushing off the hands of his underlings. He took his place beside Matthew, gripping his poleaxe firmly. "Don't worry, Matteo. Even if it comes to a fight to the death today, I'll go down before you do!" Matthew looked at Mack, who stood ready to face death with him, and spoke softly, "Thanks, Mack. Leave it to me."

The Medusa Emissary drew a short, serpentine green dagger, his emerald eyes glinting as he poised himself like a venomous snake about to strike.

The tension grew thick. Just as the Medusa Emissary was about to make his move, a woman's voice rang out suddenly. "Hold it!"

Just as the tension thickened and the emissary prepared to make his move, a clear voice rang out.

"Wait!"

The sound of footsteps echoed swiftly around them. Matthew turned his head slightly, catching sight of a woman in camo combat gear approaching. She had a sharp, no-nonsense expression and an air of quiet strength that demanded respect.

Casimir, however, was filled with

shock the moment he saw her. Even though it had been a decade, he recognized her instantly-the daughter of the former governor! He'd thought she'd disappeared after falling off a cliff all those years ago. And yet, here she was...

His gaze darkened as he noticed the elite soldiers flanking her, their presence unmistakably formidable Had she seen him back then? He hadn't been certain, but now, a deadly resolve filled his eyes. Regardless, this woman couldn't be allowed to live.

The Medusa Emissary's eyes narrowed as he faced the woman. "Who are you to interfere with me?"

The woman didn't respond directly, instead addressing him plainly. "Emissary of the Medusa Gang, I ask that you grant me a favor. Let's consider this matter settled, shall we?"

The Medusa Emissary laughed, incredulous. This day was turning into a farce. First, he'd encountered this insolent Matthew, and now this woman, demanding he "give her a favor." Did they think the Medusa Gang was some joke? "Grant you a favor? Ha!" He laughed scornfully. "Who do you think you are to deserve my respect?"

"Mr. Emissary, wait, she-"

"She's nothing!" he snapped, his voice dripping with scorn. "Get rid of her!"
