Marry Ex's Uncle After Divorcement -
Chapter 519
Chapter 519
Pat looked at her and said, "We had our minds made up about Jimmy when you left the family. If you're naive
enough to think that we'll change our minds when time goes on and you come back, that's not going to
happen."
He had to make it clear to Rose.
He didn't really want to talk about Jimmy.
Hearing what Pat said, Rose didn't say anything more. She sat there with her head down, feeling that she
couldn't see any hope at all now, with no one to depend on....
She found that her life was meaningless.
Leticia came out and said, "Charlie is not down yet?"
Pat said, "I sent him a message."
They had a family group, in which they would usually send a message when the meal was ready. Only when someone didn't come down would they ask the maid to get him.
Leticia put the dumplings down, looked at Rose who sat there with a sad face, and said, "What's wrong with Rose? Did you scold her?"
Leticia glared at Pat. After spending a day with Rose today, Leticia felt sorry for the girl. Now Rose was like this when she met with Pat, so Leticia naturally couldn't help but speak up for her.
Pat said, "She asked me to get Jimmy back to the company, but I refused."
Leticia had already sat down. After hearing Pat's words, she paused for a moment and didn't say anything
more to Pat.
Leticia looked at Rose and said, "Rose, it's the men's business. You don't have to worry about Jimmy. He'll get
a job if he's really capable. We just told him to leave the company. We didn't do anything to stop him from finding a new job."
It could have been worse for him.
Rose had thought that Leticia would speak up for her, only to find that even Leticia was on Pat's side when it came to Jimmy.
Rose bit her lip with mixed feelings, lowered her head in a low mood, and stopped talking.
Soon, Charlie came down and everyone started to eat.
Rose wanted Jimmy to go back to the company, but surprisingly, everyone else was against the idea.
Rose had spent much time helping with the dumplings, but she didn't eat many of them before she left.
Brenda walked her out and told the Calsis family's driver to drive her home. "Take care, Rose. Please call when you get home,
Now it was cold outside in winter. The temperature was even lower at night. Rose stood in the cold wind, looked at Brenda, and said with her eyes red, "Brenda, do you think that my father and grandma will
never
love me again?"
Brenda sighed and reassured her. "How could it be? You're thinking too much! They both love you very
much."
Brenda really didn't know what else to say to Rose, so she just handed her a box of dumplings. "Here are some
of the dumplings we made today. You can take them back and cook them for yourself.

They had made the dumplings because Rose had said she wanted to eat them.
However, she hadn't eaten many of them.
Rose took a look at the box that Brenda handed her and refused. "No, thanks. You can keep them. I don't want
them."
After that, she lowered her head and got into the car.
Brenda watched Rose from behind and sighed, not knowing what to tell her.
Everyone could see what kind of person Jimmy was, except Rose. She was still too young to know better after
all.
