During the whole flight, Sophia was nervous. She was traveling by plane for the first time. She was becoming more frightened by the plan's bumps.

In terror, Sophia clenched her fingers around her seatbelt as the plane prepared to land.

She turned to look beside her, and she saw Bryan staring at her.

She noticed a smirk on his face, as if he was enjoying her fear.

She was unable to utter a single word because the plan had moved down so quickly that it

prevented her from breathing.

She was so terrified that she gripped Bryan's hand tightly.

Bryan looked down at her hand, which was clasping his hand firmly.

"Relax," he said, wrapping his hand around her shoulder.

He pulled her head towards his chest and it caused her to calm down.

His warmth and scent soothed her. His steady heartbeat distracted her mind. She wondered why

his heart never beat fast like hers.

She closed her eyes as he patted his hand on her back.

After a while, the plane landed on the River Moon Pack. When t

they came out of the airport, Sophia met a fresh environment. It was already early in the

morning.

The clouds were moving to clear the sky, and the birds were making melodious chirping sounds. The area close to the airport was filled with stunning buildings and trees of a dark green color. "Alpha"

Bryan walked to the expensive car. Sophia followed him.

"Hello, Miss Berge," Taylor greeted her while driving the car, letting her know that he knew about her.

"Hello, Taylor. You can call me Sophia."

"Sure. You might have assumed that I was a driver." He chuckled after saying that.

Sophia shook her head. "No. Not at all."

He looked in the rearview mirror to see her and said,

"I wanted to receive Alpha myself. That's why I am driving today."

Sophia gave Bryan a quick glance. He was using his phone and did not care about what was going on in the car.

When Sophia saw Taylor leaving, she turned to Bryan.

"There is only one bedroom in this suite."
