"Then?" Sophia asked, thinking that he had something else to ask for.

He smirked as he glanced at her worried face. "Relax. You will get a heart attack."

She shook her head, as she could not believe it. "You lied to me about help? But why? Didn't you say you were here to meet Alpha?"

Sophia stared at him with a perplexed face. She had no idea why this mysterious man always

talked in such a way. His every word went ahead of her head.

Sophia let out a sigh and fell silent. She was curious about where he would lead her. There was no way she could talk to him calmly about how he was driving crazily.

After a while, he spoke up.

She did not even know why she agreed. She was free for the day and it was afternoon. She thought about going back home in a few hours.

She paused for a moment before turning to him.

"I-I mean our pack's Alpha," she replied.
