Debby was more than frustrated. She pulled out her phone and went through her blocked contact list then pulled out Arthur's name and immediately dialed his number. It didn't take more than a two seconds before Arthur answered the call.

"What is all this Arthur? Why did you have to take Fred from the hospital?" She asked, half yelling in the process.

"Well, good day to you Debby. I thought it would be important that I take my son to a better place for treatment. And what place could be better than my house? I have employed one of the best doctors in the city to attend to him. You don't even have to bother yourself." Debby rolled her eyes. He hated how Arthur was acting like a jerk, he's not different from his brother, Harry.

"I think you have something wrong with you mentally. Calling Fred your son, huh? Did you think back to the last at all? You are becoming disgusting with your foolish acts. I need my child back!" Debby demanded. "You know what to do if you want him," Arthur said and hung the call up.

Debby almost smashed her phone. She was so frustrated. She needed to find Fred by all means. Debby was very angry. If it was possible for her to see Arthur and smash him with something on the head, she won't hesitate to do it.

So he's doing all he could to get her back now, huh? Such a stupid man. He cheated on her with her sister, called her on orphan to her face and told her she's absolutely helpless to him, yet now, he's doing all he could to win her over. Her love for Arthur is dead, he's only wishing for the impossible.

How dare he even come for her child? Take him away from the hospital like he's the father. He even claimed to be her son's father on phone. He's such a pathetic looser. She must teach him a lesson that will make him stop all his silly acts. While Debby was contemplating on what to do, Harry stepped into the hospital and immediately located Debby.

"I heard Fred isn't feeling too well, where is he?" Harry asked.

"He is at Arthur's place." She replied exhaustedly.

"His father's place.. That is good." Harry said, feeling a dull pain in his heart but his expression hide it. He acted like everything was cool but he hated the fact that he came here to see Fred who he heard was sick only to be told his father had come for him. He shouldn't have liked Fred so much that his departure hurts him.

Debby fought the urge not to roll her eyes at Harry's words. Why can't he believe her for once that he's actually Harry's father. Would she lie on such sensitive thing?

"I have said it before now, Arthur is not Fred's father. He is just a jerk and he is absolutely insane." She suddenly held Harry's hands. Something she has never had the courage to do, she looked into his deep blue eyes and spoke earnesly. "Please, I need you to save my son." She was almost at the brink of tears.

Debby knew that the only person who could help her is Harry. Harry is the only person who is more powerful than Arthur in Darkhood..

Harry stared at Debby for a moment. "Why do you want me to save your child from his father? I don't see how that makes sense," Harry said.

"Harry, you are Fred's father," Debby poured sadly..

"Unless I see the DNA test result, I won't believe that. And of course, I can't help you." Harry finished off and walked away from his sight. Debby felt absolutely dejected. There was no one that could help her in this dire situation. Just when she was almost giving up, her mind flashed to Nicholas and she immediately located her phone and placed a phone call across to him.

"Hello?" His voice came through after few dials.

"It is me, Debby. Are you busy at the moment?" She asked.

"Not really, what is the matter?" Nicholas asked, noticing how broken her voice is.

"My son is not well and was taken to the hospital. But when I got here, I was told that Arthur had come for him. Can you help me get my son back, please? I know I am asking for a lot of favor but..."

"Of course not What are friends for?" Nicholas interrupted "Do you know Arthur's house address?" Nicholas asked his willingness to help

"Send me the address of the hospital you are and I'll immediately start coming. We would move over to Arthur's place from there." He said and added, "We will get your son back, Debby. Just trust me." Arthur assured.

"Okay."

Debby hung the call up and slumped to the wall behind her. Because of the crowds of people passing by, she didn't let the tears threatening to fall from her face drop. She couldn't stop thinking about Fred. Was Arthur really taking care if him as he said or was he doing something negative to him? Debby thought worriedly.

About twenty minutes later, Nicholas arrived. He greeted Debby politely and helped her inside his car. Then he began to drive.

"Debby, all will be well," Nicholas said softly and glanced at her as he drives. He feels very pitiful for her.

Debby nodded sadly. Depression and dejection settled on her soul. She was far

from being happy and she can't even understand when last she smiled. She should have just stayed back in the city she travelled to, the city wasn't as developed as Darkwood but at the very least, it's peaceful. Her life had been filled with thorns ever since she returned here..

"You may think everyone doesn't like you, but Fred and I do." Nicholas said, trying to lessen the thick sadness that enveloped her.

A couple of minutes later, they arrived at Arthur's mansion. Debby was about getting down from the car when Nicholas suddenly held onto her hand.

"I don't want you going there all by yourself. Arthur is certainly not a good person and you will need someone to protect you."Nicholas suggested as he removed his hand from hers.

True, Debby thought...

Debby agreed with Nicholas and they both got out of the car.

Meanwhile, Harry didn't leave the hospital.

He was still around. He had seen Debby entering a certain man's car, the same car he had seen the day he confronted her in his mansion. He immediately told his driver to begin to trail after the car that Debby jwas in..

He was not si surprised when he saw the car pulled over at Arthur's mansion. He watched as both Debby and Nicholas walked inside Arthur's mansion.

While still inside his car, Harry picked up his phone and placed a call to the doctor he had instructed to conduct the D. N. A test.

"Aren't you done with the results, yet?" Harry asked as soon as the doctor answered the call.

"I am so sorry sir, I am almost done and will forward it to you soon." the doctor assured and hanged up afterwards. The doctor was still confused on whether to reveal to Harry the truth about the DNA test result or simply go with the fake one.
