Carter was with Jax, Gamma Devid and Leo. They were discussing how to find Nora. They had many maps.

“Alpha… Dr. Alan wants to talk to you.” Guard said.

“Tell him later…” Carter said.

“But Alpha it’s about Luna,” Alan said in a hurried tone.

Carter looks up at the door in surprise. Jax and Leo also look surprised.

“Come in.” Carter said in a cold tone.

The door opens and Alan walks inside. He was holding the file.

“You have ten minutes to talk. Hurry up and say what you want to say about her.” Carter said in a cold tone.

“Alpha… Luna was feeling uncomfortable for some weeks. So she came yesterday for the check-up.” Alan said.

“How can she not feel well this week? She was ok last night and today too.” Carter looks at Alan. Then he looks at Jax.

“He is right, Alpha. I told her to take medicine.” Jax said with a nodding his head.

“What the f**k! Jax, why didn’t you tell me? Did I allow you here just for f**k her?” Carry growled at Jax.

“Alpha…” Devid tries to say.

“Don’t talk… Answer me, Jax!” Carter snapped at him and turned to Jax again.

“She requests me to not tell you…” Jax said calmly.

“You… I’ll talk to you later… Alan, tell me what’s happened to her?” Carter holds his anger and turns to Alan.

“Alpha, it’s not my place to tell you. But now Luna was kidnapped, I need to tell you for the pup’s safety.” Alan said in a worried tone.

“Pups safety? My pups are highly guarded.” Carter said.

“Alpha, I’m not talking about your old pups. I’m talking about the younger two who will soon be born…” Alan said.

“Hold on! Did Nora get pregnant again?” Leo’s voice booms in a room.

All of them got quiet. Jax and Carter stand like statues.

“Yes, Leo. Luna is one month pregnant here is her report.” Alan holds the file in front of Carter.

Career snatch file and began to read. End of the words he falls back on his chair.

“Alpha…” Gamma is rushing to his side.

“Alpha…” Jax kneeled in front of Carter and took files from his hand.

“Jax… She is pregnant! She is really pregnant! She is carrying one of our pups.” Carter hugs Jax in excitement. He smiles like crazy.

Jax can’t help but get panicked. He pulled back from Carter and read the file in hurry. After reading, the file falls to the ground.

“Jax…” Carter looks at him surprised.

“No… Why did she get pregnant?” Jax was in trauma.

“What nonsense are you talking about, she is pregnant, don’t you feel happy? Or are you scared that the pups were mine and she closed me?” Carter snapped him in anger.

“No, I was just scared… I was never scared that she chose you… I was scared to lose her… You never understand me…” Jax said and ran out of the room.

“Brother Jax…” Leo called him many times but he never stopped.

“Let him go… If he is not happy with Nora being pregnant, then let him stay away from my pups.” Carter said in a cold tone.

“You act a*shole sometime, Carter.” Leo sighs helplessly.

“And you saying I was wrong here?” Carter pointed to himself.

“Of course, you are one who thought that Jax was scared to lose Nora. Carter lost his mate during her birthing process. He was scared something like that would happen to Nora. Can’t you think properly? And she is carrying two pups, not one. So maybe he had one of them. Don’t think you are the one who got her eggs.” Leo put the fine in front of Carter and said frustration.

“Two pups? That’s great! I don’t care if it’s his or not. Nora is pregnant with our pups. That’s more important.” Carter said with a big smile.

“Alpha, it’s not easy as you see.” Alan said in a low tone.

“What did you mean?” Carter looks at Alan.

“Luna’s pregnancy was the last pregnancy for her.” Alan said in a serious tone.

” Did you think she would die if she gave birth?” Carter gives him sharp eyes.

“Aloha…” Alan finds it hard to say that.

“Alan, tell me everything… You are our friend from our childhood. So don’t worry about him. Tell me what the problem is.”

Leo said in a soft tone.

“Hey, you can’t ignore me! I’m your Alpha!” The Carrier said in an angry tone.

“Carter, how about you see this picture? These are your pup’s ultrasound photos.” Leo shows a black and white photo to him.

“Oh…” Carer takes a file and starts a photo.

“So tell me…” Leo turns back to Alan.

“Did Luna eat some kind of depression medicine? I trace some drugs in her b***d.” Alan said opinion file.

“Yes, she has been taking depression medicine for the past four years. Why are you asking?” Leo said.

“Because of that Medicine Luna’s body became weak for carrying pups. And now you know it’s two recently carrying two recently. So her health and body won’t support this… We need to put her under observation. She needs complete bed rest until she reaches her birthday. If she miscarriage she can’t become a mother again. It’s highly risky for her and birth was more dangerous for her.” Alan said in a serious tone.

“What did you say just now?” Carter growled echo in the room.

All of them turn to him. He was standing ready to attack Alan. His eyes turn blacks and his teeth show out from his mouth

“Carter…” Leo called him.

“Carter is not here…” Deep voice makes all of them shocked.

“Alpha James?” Devid and Alpan knee down in respect.

James walks in front of Alan. Leo stands in front of Alan.

“Move.” James growled at Leo.

“It’s not time for anger, James. Nora is in danger and she is carrying your pups. We have to find her soon as possible. After that, you can kill anyone you want…” Leo said in a serious tone. He kept looking straight at Carter.

“I want my Mate!” James growled in anger.

“We are all here to find her. But you need to calm down and give Carter back. He can search Nora.” Leo said.

“He rejected Mate and your friendships. Are you still trusting him?” James asked, looking at Leo’s eyes.

“It’s Miya who takes advantage of his emotions to make him reject Nora. Now that he knows who is right and what is wrong, he can make better decisions for Nora, for the whole pack.” Leo looks confident about Carter.

“Very well, you trust him… And I trust you. Bring mate back.” After James says that James gives control to Carter. His eyes turn blue.

“Thank Leo… For trusting me.” Carter said with a bear hug.

“You are choking me, Carter. Poor Nora… I can understand how she feels when you hug her.” Leo patted his back.

“Hey, I never put this much pressure on her. She is so delicate to hold tight.” Carter said, stepping back from him.

“Ok, if you say so… Now go back to our conversation. Carter, you need to know Nora’s weak body was carrying two pups. And as Alan says she needs to be careful. One wrong move she lost her pups and her life too.” Leo said in a serious tone.

“Don’t you dare to say that…” Carter growled at him in anger.

“I can understand your anger and fear. That’s why I suggest you find her as soon as possible.* Leo said.

“I know… And I’m doing that… My warrior sends to search for her. That piece of s**t won’t catch easily. He was hiding in the deep forest. He used dark magic to hide his place. Our worror never trees him anywhere.” Carter said in a frustrated tone.

“Alpha, he uses dark magic to hide. How about we find strong witches to help find him?” David said.

“Good idea. Carter, we need to find a powerful witch.” Leo said excitement.

“You are right… I’ll send someone to find witches.” Carter nodded in understanding.

“You don’t need to do that…” One new Alpha voice makes them turn back.

Old Alpha was standing at the door with Luna.

“Mom… Dad? Why are you here? Didn’t I tell you to take care of pups?” Carter asked in a worried tone.

“Tom and Sally with them, Carter. We thought you needed our help searching for our daughter-in-law. So we are here.” Luna said walk inside.

“And we are at the right time I guess. You need strong witches. I know one powerful thing. Her name is Melissa. She is a powerful witch and Alpha Henry’s Mate. She will help us. Your mother was her friend.” Alpha said with a smile.

“Really mom?”

“Yes… You just need to find her. She is in North America. I’ll give her address.”

“Thank you, Mom. Leo, you will come with me. Jax will handle it here…”

“Sure. But before that… Don’t you think to talk to Jax first?” Leo said with a meaningful tone.

Carter blinked and nodded in understanding.

“I’ll talk to him.” Carter walked out of the room.

“What’s happened?” Old Alpha asked.

Leo told them what happened.

Jax pov

He was seated in his room. He looked down at his hand. He recalled last night she slept so peacefully. His heart feels pain knowing she is not around. He can smell her scent in his room.

‘Why are you so angry? Jax, Nora never leave us. She is a strong woman. Don’t worry about her and our pups.’ Eric’s voice rings in his mind.

‘ I don’t know who is this happens? I already promised her that I won’t ask pups. But now she is carrying one of our pups. I was getting scared. What if she won’t get here? What if she gives birth to pups out there or she isn’t able to give birth? Like Rose does?’ I said in a low, painful tone.

‘ Don’t be silly. Rose was weak to bear pups. The doctor warned her. But she hid her condition from us. And that’s why she lost her life and pups too. Nora does not like her. She has already given birth to three pups. She will definitely give birth to our pups too. Now stop being a cry baby and help Alpha to find her.’ Eric said seriously.

‘You are right…’

“Are you thinking about Nora’s pregnancy?” Carter’s voice makes my lookup.

He was standing in front of me. I never heard his footsteps at all. He sighs and sits beside me.

“You are thinking too much, Jax. She will be fine. She will give our pups and be healthy too.” Carter looks cool, not like before.

“I know… But I still can’t forget that when I lost Rose. Alpha, how can we find her? She is out there… I don’t want to think about what Rogues plan to do with her. But I’m sure he was doing strange things with her.” I try to say.

“I know… But I was going to fly to North America. Mom’s friend in which she will help us to find that rat’s hidden place. So when I was out please take care of pups and pack. David and dad will be with you so be a lot ok?”

“When will you come back?” I asked in a hurry. I know he was having a hard time just like me. We can’t even feel her or mind link her. That was more dangerous.

“Soon after I met that witch. I never thought this would happen. She was going to choose…” Carter signed in sad.

“Alpha, this is not the time for this… But she is not happy to choose one of us. She wants both of us.”

“I know… She told me many times. But…”

“Can’t we two love here at the same time? I want her to be happy. Choosing one of us makes her sad.”

“You mean we can be her mates, like twice?”

“Maybe…”

“Fine, it’s not that I hate the idea of having you on her. I found this from that day when we both f**k her. Seeing her with you when I’m having her. It’s making me turn in.”

“Did you feel the same?” My eyes widened in surprise.

“Yes… You too?”

I nodded softly. Carter nodded in understanding.

“So we are both on the same page. When Nora comes back we will tell her not to…Ah…” Carter fell back on the floor.

“Alpha… what happened?” I knee and help him to get up. I see b***d flow from his arms.

“Ah… Who the f**k shoot me?” Carter growled in anger.

“Alpha… We need to go to the hospital.” I helped him to walk out of the room.

Carter and I got to the hospital. The doctor was treating Alpha’s wounds. I sat on the bench and started thinking. How can Alpha get shots like this? We are just talking in my room. Something was not right. Did that Rouges behind this? I hope Nora will be alright.
