Nora pov

Lina is right… He erased my memory. Make me forget my true mate and my pups. I can’t remember them. He wants to kill my pups in the womb. I need to save them.

I was running to the front door. Suddenly the door opens and Aoi walks inside. Seeing me scared and crying, Aoi stops me.

“Nora… Where are you going? Why are you crying?” Aoi asked.

“Asked your monster brother… He… He wants to kill my pups…” I was angry but it was hard to breathe. I want to run away from this dirty place. But my vision got dark all of sudden.

“What? What’s going on? Nora… Nora…” Aoi grabs Nora in time before she passes out. He picks her in his arms and walks to the elevator.

I opened my eyes. I was in a different room. I was trying to sit up, then two arms helped me to sit. I looked up at Aoi with a gentle smile.

“You feel ok?” He gave me water.

“In my heart, I was broken… I was tired. Why did you bring me here? I want to leave this place. Your monster brother wants to kill my pups.” After taking water I said in an angry tone.

“Hold on, what are you saying? These pups are my brother’s own pups. Why did he try to kill him? Can you tell me what’s going on? Because brother will never kill his pups that he waited for more than six years to be born.”

“I’m not saying his pups, I was saying my other two pups will die if I stay here.” I slowly told him the talk between Delta, Chan and Henna. I was hidden behind the door when they were busy talking. I heard what Delta does with my memory and then want to do it with my pups.

“Oh… You had three pups.” Aoi smiled happily.

“I hate him! I hate him!” I said in an angry tone.

“Please don’t hate him. He was not bad before… Time and people make him this evil.” Aoi said in a sad tone.

“What did you mean?” I look at him confused.

“My father was Alpha king Liam and my mother is powerful. They mated with each other. But mom can’t conceive a baby. So she made a mysterious potion and got pregnant. Everyone was so happy. But because of that potion brother was born blue and poisonous. Whoever got too close to him will die. Only my mother can touch him. But my father and the whole pack got scared of him. My father ordered my mother to put my brother in a safety room cage. Only mothers can go inside.”

“Oh, then what happened?” I was so shocked knowing he was born like that.

“Slowly mother teaches brother how to control his power. After that father allowed him to live in a packed house, in the basement. Time passed and my mother gave birth to me and my younger brother Mason. After that father and other pack, members bully him and make him do house chores like he was pack Omega. I was five years old when my father beat my brother just because I ate food. Brother takes the blame on him. Brother was lying in a pool of b***d for five days in his room. No one helped him, and finally, my mother and I treated his wounds. After that day I try my best to not make mistakes or eat something that is not mine.”

“Oh, Goddess… How can he be so cruel to his own pups?” I put my hand on my mouth in shock.

Aoi smiles sadly as he looks out of the window.

“Everyone bullied their brother because they thought he was a weak boy. But when brother turned 18 years old, Mother made his father give him a Gamma position. It’s not easy for brothers to take that position when father announces that he will become Gamma. many powerful warriors step and demand a fight for the title whoever wins takes Gamma position.” Aoi continues his story.

“So can he win?” I asked curiously.

“Yes, he literally killed himself in that battle. Warrior was ready to kill him. But his power helped him to win. And my brother became Gamma.” Aoi smiled proudly.

“Oh, then why is he here? Why are you both not in your pack?” I look at him in confusion.

“As a rule, the first child became Alpha. But because of the brother’s power, the father gave him the Gamma title. But he still does not accept him as his son. And keep humiliating him whatever he gets time. One day brother accidentally killed one warrior who was misbehaving with his mother. He couldn’t hold his anger and killed him. When Henna met us in the middle forest she was punished to death by others. Brother saved her life and she lives with us here.” Aoi said calmly.

“I never thought his life was so bad.” I wiped tears that unknowingly dropped in my cheeks.

“Did you call this bad? You know brother was not happy in his life. Moon goddess is too cruel to him. He loves his mother most in his life. But he was forced to leave his mother. He was alone here. It’s not bad that he found out he had a curse. The poison in his body was making his life short. Henna gave him one suggestion for his curse. When I became a father and had a pup. So my brother slept with many women.” Aoi said sadly, in the past he avoided looking at me.

“I…” Before I said something I heard a baby’s crying sound.

“Oh, she woke up?” Aoi hurriedly got up and ran to the door. He opened the door and went inside.

‘Was there a baby there? But how can this happen. I was here for three months and I never heard any baby’s sound.’ I get up and walk to that door. I open the door. It was a small baby’s room. I see small cribs in the middle of the room. Aoi was carrying a small crying baby. He was waving the baby in his arms, but the baby was still crying.

“Shuu… Baby don’t cry… Did you want milk? Here…” Aoi tried to give the baby milk, but the baby was not in the mood for milk.

“Please, baby don’t cry…” Aoi looked worried.

“Let me try…” I step forward and take the baby from him.

“Oh… When will you come?” He ran to the door and locked it.

“Why did you lock the door?” I asked him.

“So brother won’t hear her cry.” Aoi said, looking down at her.

“Her? Oh, she is a baby girl?” I looked down at the baby who stopped crying as soon as she heard my voice. Her green eyes were staring at me. She had black curly hair.

“She stopped crying… Thank goddess!” Aoi sin in relife.

I took milk from him and began to feed her. Her hand was holding my clothes. Like she was scared that I was leaving her.

“So what is this cutie’s name?” I rub her cheeks.

“Angel… I named her.”

“Oh, cute name. She looks like Angel. But Aoi, why is she here? Is this your baby? Where is your mate?” Now I got a chance to ask him.

“She is not my daughter. Her mother was dead when she gave birth to her.” Aoi said in a hurry.

“Oh… Poor baby. Then her father..?” I feel bad for her.

“He hates her…” Api said in a sad tone.

“What? Why?” I look up to him.

He looked worried and anxious for some reason. He was hiding something.

“Aoi, tell me who is father…”

“Me.” The Delta voice makes us jump in fear. He appeared in front of Aoi.

“I will allow you to take this baby… But I warn you if I hear her cry she will be dead.” Delta looks at Aoi with angry eyes.

“I know… I know… Please, brother, don’t kill her.” Aoi stands in front of me in a protective pose.

“You bring my Queen here to show this? What did you want to do? Give me that s**t here, Aoi.” Delta face change darken.

“No… No. Please brother…” Aoi’s face got white like paper. He reached the baby from me and backed away from him.

“Don’t be foolish… Give those things here…” Delta growled at him.

I step forward in a protective way. Delta eyes turn back to normal.

“Why are you doing this? Why do you want to kill her? She is innocent… Stop hurting innocent people.” I shouted in anger.

“There is no one who is innocent in this world. People always make mistakes and they need to be punished.”

“What was her mistake that you wanted to kill her? What crime does she choose to punish her like this?” I asked.

“Her mistake was being born as a girl… Her crime is that she was born in my life… From my seed.” Delta said in an angry tone.

“But she is your daughter, King. Your flash of b***d. Would you have killed my pup if they were girls?” I said in a scared tone.

“No. He is my son. And if that pup was a girl… She will still be mine. It’s our pups. No one is allowed to look up at my puppy’s eyes.” Delta growled in anger.

“Then don’t kill this girl. Please, for my sake. She is your daughter too.” I am pleased with him.

Delta stared at me sometimes, then looked away from me. He took a deep breath to calm down his anger and looked back at me.

“Fine. Come here…” He spread his hand for me.

I look back at Aoi, who looked calm.

“Nora… Come here…” Delta’s voice makes me look at him.

“Did you promise you would never lay hands on her again?” I asked in confirmation.

“Promise.” Delta said.

“How can I trust you? What if you kill her as I leave here?” I have doubts about him.

“What did you want?” Delta looks unhappy.

“I want her to stay with us. So I can keep an eye on her.” I played.

“No. I don’t want her in my room.” Delta shakes his head disapprovingly.

“Fine. I’ll come here every day to check on her. No matter how tired I get.” I took my eyes.

Delta looked at me, then he waved his hand in surrender.

“Aoi, get those things here…” Delta said to Aoi.

Aoi looks at Delta in disbelief. Delta gave him a look and Api stepped forward and had me Angel. Delta keeps looking straight like he doesn’t want to see her. I feel sad for her, but I need to make Delta accept her. And as for what he does to my memory, I’ll find out something to return my memory. Maybe then I’ll find out what I was missing. I feel a hand around my shoulder. I look up at him. Delta k**s on my forehead.

“Nora, please take care of her… I’ll visit her from time to time.” Aoi said with a smile.

“Ok.” I said with a smile.

“Let’s go…” Delta said and we transferred to his room.

“She is sleeping…” I look down at her sleeping face.

“Put those things on the sofa.” Delta said removing his coat.

“No way! King… She is so small you can’t put the baby on the sofa.” I said, shaking my head.

“Then where do you plan to put those things?” Delta stops his track and looks at me.

“She will be sleeping in our bed. Between us.” I walk to put her to bed.

“No! You can’t…” delta grabbed my hand to stop me.

“Fine. If you want me to put her on the sofa. Then I’ll sleep on the sofa too. I can’t leave her alone.” I pouted and walked to the sofa.

“You will hurt our pups…” Delta stopped me and put my hand on my belly.

“Then…”

“Fine, do what you want… but if she touches my body, I’ll throw her out.” Delta said in a warning tone.

“Ok, thank you…” I jumped happily and kissed him on the cheeks.

Delta can’t help but chuckle softly. I giggle and put Angel to bed. He grabbed me and kissed me in my mark. I can’t help but m**n.

“King…” I m**n in his wet k**s on my neck.

“Let me help you to sleep too.” Delta’s deep voice makes me shiver like before his wild a*x. I know it, he wants me. But I was worried about my pups. Can I make him not kill my pups too? Like I save Angel? No matter what Delta needs to accept Angel and my whole pups. I will make him do this.
