Suddenly, the rain started with a thunderstorm. Two big wolves were staring at each other. They circled growling in anger. Carter wolf was bug brown with sharp teeth, while Delta’s Wolf was dark black like night. It’s hard for anyone to see him because there was darkness around them. Only thunder lighting shows his black-red eyes.

Carter launched on him all of sudden. He was going to bite on his neck. But Delta dogged him and bit on Carter’s back. Carter growled in pain. Delta jumped back from Carter.

Carter growled in a dangerous voice. He tries again, this time he catches Delta’s less and bites deeply. B***d flows out as Carter throws him on the tree. He again jumps on him, but Delta leaves his place and attacks Carter’s back, he climbs on his back and pins him down. Carter tries to get free but Delta bites him on the upper legs. This time Carter won in pain. Delta turns his face to bite his neck so he will snap his neck to kill.

But Carter closed his eyes and recalled his promise to his son. And Nora’s face. When you open his eyes glowing in blue lights he throws Delta all of sudden. Delta see Carter brown fur was changed, he got a blue line of fur from head to tails. He glows like a star. Delta stepped back from him.

Carter looked at Delta and growled in anger, he ran to Delta without wasting time. Delta also pulled his power, his fur now gets more black and two lines of the red line of fur. This is not a normal fight now. This fight is for a win. And both wolves were ready to win.

Rain was getting heavier. They can’t even see each other. Both run and jump for an attack. Both were aiming for the neck. Delta was close to biting Carter’s neck, but Carter was faster; he dodged Delta’s face and his pawns hit Delta’s face. Delta rolls on mud. His face has a huge wound from forehead to his cheek. He was getting a jump in feet for a fight, but suddenly a white wolf jumped in front of him. Wolf howled him to leave. Delta looked at Carter who was staring at a white wolf in confusion.

White wolf growled at Delta. So Delta turns and shifts back to human. Seeing that Carter shifted too. Both still staring at each other’s sharp eyes.

“End the game, Rogue!!” Carter growled in a challenging tone.

“I’ll love to… But… I need to go now… But I promise, next time I’ll take your head for sure.” Delta said and shifted back in black wolf and ran with a White wolf.

‘Alpha, we need to go.’ Max’s voice rings in his head.

‘Where are you?’ Carter asked.

‘In pack hospital.’ Jax said.

‘How is she?’ Carter asked.

‘She’s fine… But…’ Jax avoids saying.

‘But what?’ Carter asked in a worried tone.

‘You have to come here…’ Jax’s voice felt so worried.

‘I’m on the way…’ After saying that Carter cut the mind links.

“Delta, I was close to killing you… But that White wolf interrupted us. Who is that wolf? I can’t even get his scents.” Carter said himself. He was thinking about a white wolf.

Then he turned and shifted into his wolf. He needs to go to a packed house. He was dying to see Nora.

Delta looked at the empty room and growled in anger. He threw the bed aside. His warrior was dead in the door. He was in his human form. He was wearing his warm coat. He changed his clothes before he got into the hospital. His magic helped him.

“Nora…” He waved his hand in the air.

Big smoke I’ll part in front of him. Suddenly, Nora was laying on the bed like he was leaving her. Then the door opened and a tall, muscular man stepped inside. He saw he was Jax, Carter’s Beta, and Nora’s second Mate. Delta’s feet tighten in anger. His eyes keep staring at sense. Jax walks to Bed and tries to wake Nora up. But there was a deep sleep. Then He picked her up in his arms and walked out of the room. Delta sees dead guards as Jax opens the door to leave. After that sense vanishes.

“You need to treat your wound, Delta.” One low voice came from the door.

“Who the f**k allow you to come here? Because of you, I lost her… He took her from me…”

“She is his Mate…”

“She is not just his… She is my Mate too… And She is carrying my pups…” Delta growled in anger.

“Oh my God! Did you find your half Mate? And it was that woman?”

Delta avoids talking to that person. He turned and walked out of the room.

“Hey, wait…” The person ran behind him.

Carter ran naked in a packed hospital. Because of the rain, his body was clean. His wound was close to healing. Jax gives him shorts as they walk to Nora’s room. Alan was there talking with other doctors.

“Alan, how is she?” Carter asked.

“Alpha…” Alan and other doctors now to him.

“Tell me… How is she? How are our pups?” Carter was desperate to know about her and the pups ‘ health.

Jax was standing in the corner, his eyes kept staring at Nora’s sleeping face after five-month later finally he saw her. His mind and heart were dizzy.

“Luna is all right, Alpha. But pups were making the situation difficult.” Alan said in a serious tone.

“What do you mean?”

“I told you because of her weak body she can’t care for two pups. But now the pups were growing faster. She needs to release her tension and eat properly. Just one month of proper bed rest and food. She will be alright. But we have to check her up daily for her safety.”

“Did the pups were weak too?”

“Not at all. They are healthy. We just need to take care of Luna’s body. Did you see she lost lots of weight? If she gains some weight and stays happy, we can both have good health.”

“So can we take her home?”

“You can’t right now… Let’s put her under observation.”

“How many days?”

“Just one week.”

“One week? Are you kidding me? You say that she is fine. And now you want to put her here for one whole week?” Carter growled in anger.

“It’s for Luna and the pups ‘ safety. You want them all right?”

“Yes.”

“Then let us do our work.”

“Fine. But after one week I’ll take her with me.”

“Sure, Alpha ” Alan nodded

“But why is she not waking up yet?” Jax’s voice makes them turn to him.

“She is affected by the medicine, Beta Jax. A human doctor gives her medicine that makes her sleep and the pups get relaxed. She will soon wake up. Now I am on leave. You both can stay here…” Alan said and walked out of the room with other doctors.

Carter walks to the bed and takes a seat in front of her bed. Jax takes the sofa, his eyes never leave her. Both were quietly staring at her face.

Time passed and morning came. Carter saw Nora move and opened her eyes.

“Babe…” Carter got up happy.

“Baby doll…” Jax ran to the bedside.

Nora rubs her eyes and looks at both of them one by one.

“Who are you? Did I have a dream again?” Nora asked in confusion.

Carter and Jax take back. They never expected that one day Nora will never remember them.

“Excuse me, where is Delta? He is my Mate… Did he send you here?” Nora asked. looking around the room and asked.

“She forgot about the US??” Jax’s words were knife slices in their heart.
