Nora keeps ignoring Jax for the rest of the ride. Jax was trying to get her attention. Carter quality observes them but keeps quiet. After getting back Nora he’d go back to her room for rest.

“You… What did you do now?” Carter asked when they got in his office.

Jax sigh was sad and sat on a chair. He slowly told Carter what happened to Nora. After hearing that Carter started laughing hard.

“Oh, Jax… You were so brainless for some time. She is curving towards you and you dislike her. You know, a pregnant woman had a mood swing problem. She is angry at you right now. But she soon changed her mind. Trust me… It’s like handling a baby. You are an expert at handling pups. So Nora right now is the same. If you say no to her wish, you will be her big enemy. And if you do as she wishes, she will feel more love for you. So now it’s your turn to decide what is good for you.” Carter said in a cheerful tone.

“But I don’t want to hurt our pups and her. She is already weak.”

“Weak? She may look weaker, but trust me she is a more powerful and demanding woman right now. So don’t hold back.” Carter chuckles softly.

“You may be right… But what do I do now? She was so mad at me. How can I approach her?* Jax asked.

“Give me a moment…” Carter said and his mind linked to Nora.

‘Candy…’

‘Babe… Jax wants to talk to you…’

‘I don’t want to talk to him. Candy, he rejected me… He never tries to touch me. I think he had someone for him… Can you secretly keep your eyes on him?’ Nora asked in an angry tone.

‘Babe, trust me if you doubt me I can understand. But Jax? I don’t think he can do something like that…’

‘You are right…’

‘Now, let your anger go and forgive him. He was sad that you ignored him.’

‘But…’

‘I promise he will do as you told him. You will trust me right?’

‘Fine.’ Nora cut the mind link.

Carter looks back at Jax who looks worried as hell.

‘So?’ Jax asked noxiously.

“Go get her… I had lots of work to do. So you must take care of her. Make sure she keeps eating.” Carter said, waving his hand.

“I will…” Jax nodded in understanding.

‘Jax… Come to my room.’ Nora’s mind links Jax all of sudden.

‘Right away…’ Jax jumped out of a chair in a hurry.

‘If you won’t come into my room in the next five minutes, I’ll call Leo for company.’ Nora said in a cold tone.

Jax growled in anger and before he answered her she cut the mind link. Jax sighs helplessly.

“Was she treating you by calling Leo’s name?” Carter guessed right.

“Yes… And her warning still affects me. I have to go…” Jax said and ran out of the office using his wolf speed.

“Poor, Jax…” Carter chuckles softly and turns to his work.

Nora was sitting on the bed putting a pillow behind her. She is reading a book that Alan suggests to keep a positive mind.

The door opens and Jax runs in patting badly. Sweat dripped from his forehead. Nora looks at her bigger mate and looks at the lost puppy.

“Baby doll, did you need something?” He asked hopefully.

“I don’t need anything from you. I get it, you don’t want me.”

“Baby…” Jax tries to say, but Nora shows her palm to him to stop saying.

“I’m not done. As I say that I don’t need anything… But your pups need their father here. So you can come here and talk to them.” Nora points to her belly.

Jax looks at her. Then he went to bed. He sat beside her and put his hand on her belly.

“I’m reading a book. So make sure you never disturb me.” She said, turning back to her book.

“I’m sorry, baby doll. I didn’t…”

“Stop! Didn’t I tell you to not disturb me? If you can’t then leave.” Nora’s sound is angry.

“Sorry, can I talk to my pups?” Jax asked.

“Whatever…” Nora struggled with her shoulder and turned back to the book.

Jax pulls down sheets on her belly and bends on her belly. His large palm rests on her belly. Feeling his pups respond to him.

“Hey, pups… Did you make trouble for your mommy?” Jax whispered gently.

Nora pretends to be reading, but in reality, she focuses on Jax all the time.

“Your mommy is the best mother in this world. She takes care of your big brother Ace and two sisters. She loves your daddy, Carter… She is a good luna and heart surgeon. So after working so hard, she needs rest, so be a good pup and let her rest ok?” Jax said and kissed her belly.

“I love not only Candy, Jax. I love you too. But you are not…” Nora said, putting the book aside.

“And I love you too, Baby doll. I just want you to get some rest. But you thought it was created by you… Tell me how I can show you that I love you so much. And never ever love other women in my life.” Jax cupped her face and said desperately.

“Then promise me you will never say no to me. Like you promised when you both proposed to me last night.”

“Ok… Ok… I promise… And I never say no to you. Now tell me what did you want me to do?”

“Shall we start where we leave?” Nora bit her bottom lips and grabbed his hand in her and put it between her legs.

“Sure… Your wish is my command.” Jax whispers as he catches her in a deep k**s.

Nora responded to him and started unbuttoning his shirt. Jax stopped her and pulled back. Nora posted in anger. But Jacks Chuckles and tears apart his clothes to get quickly undressed. He gently undresses her.

“Oh, Jax…” Nora m***s as he thrust in one short.

“Yes, Baby doll. M**n my name much as possible, because I’m not going to stop until you stop me.” Jax g****s as he moves his h**s slowly but deeply.

“F**k me hard My Beta!!” Nora keeps balling his sweet name given by her.
