Nora pov

“Babe, it’s time to push…” Carter’s voice made me look at him.

He came after Alan checked me, he was wearing a hospital gown. But I feel something is wrong. I looked around and I didn’t see Jax anywhere.

“Where is Jax?” I asked, holding his hand more tightly. The hard wave of pain in my abdomen was hell.

“He is waiting outside, Babe. You need to con…”

“What? What is he doing outside? Ah… Oh, Goddess… Did he lose his mind?” I growled in an angry tone.

“He is scared of this… That you may die if you give birth. Like his mate died when she was giving birth.” Carter told me in a hurried tone.

“I’M HIS MATE!!” I growled loudly.

“I know… I know…” Carter tried to calm me down.

“Call that bastard now! Or I’ll never give birth to our pups.” I warned him with a dead gaze.

Carter widens in fear. He held my face in hand and gave me k****s on the forehead to comfort me.

“You can’t do this to our pups, Babes. You can wipe Jax a*s later, I’ll help you for that but not now, Babe. Right now, you have to give birth to our pups…” Carter trying to convince me.

“No… I want him close to me right now. Here I was giving birth to his pups and he was thinking about his ex… I’ll kill him…” I growled in pain. I don’t want him to think about other women, than me. I know I gave birth, but I can’t tolerate my mate thinking about something else. How can he compare me to his EX?!

“Babe, calm down… This is not the time to get jealous over his ex.” Carter said.

“Candy, did you want pups or not?” I give him sharp eyes.

“I want… I want, Babe… That’s why I’m telling you to…” Carter nodded in hurry.

“Then call him. JAX!!! BRING YOUR A*S HERE RIGHT NOW!! Ah…” I shouted out of my lungs. Tears fall on my cheeks as I close my eyes and cry in pain.

“Oh, Goddess… Babe, I’m begging to you… Think about our pups…” Carter was close to crying.

” Candy… Call him… Ah… Please…” I was crying in a mess, my body getting weak.

“Luna… Don’t close your eyes… Alpha, call Beta, we can’t let her unconscious. It’s risky for pups.” Alan said in a hurried tone. He examined me all the time.

“Ok… Ok… Don’t close your eyes…” Carter said and their mind links to Jax.

After five seconds door burst open and Jax ran inside with a white face. He searched around the room. When his eyes meet mine, he walks to me. Seeing him close to me I smile in pain.

“Luna, you have to push… You were suffering yourself and pups.” Alan said.

“Jax…” I wave my hand to Jax for hold. But Jax was frozen in his place staring at my tearful and painful face.

I know what’s going on in his mind right now. He is facing his last scene, his dying mate and pups.

But I want to assure him that the past will never repeat this time.

“Jax… I need you…” I try to catch his hand. But he was standing so far from me.

“Jax… You bastard, did you want our mate and pups to die? Bring your a*s here right Now!” Carter growled in Alpha tone.

His Alpha tone worked on Jax, and he was next to me, grabbing my hand. Tears of his eyes, as he sees me in pain.

“Babe doll… I’m here… Please, don’t leave me… Don’t die… I can’t live without you… I…” His voice was hiccuped as he tried to say more.

“Then don’t leave my side…” I warn him with a weak tone.

He just nodded.

“Luna… Push… Please…” Alan shouted in a hurry.

“Babe push… Please, I’m begging to like you…” Carter was scared. I see his tears flow down.

“Yes, Babe doll… Push… I want to see you and pups together…” Jax said the same tone.

“Ok… Ah…” Now that my both mates are with me, I can bring my pups into this world. I push with my whole power.

“Luna… I see the head… Push… One more time…” Alan shouted in excitement.

“Ah… Ugh!!” I pushed last time and I felt something pop out from my honey pot. I heard a baby crying in the field.

“It’s a boy…” Alan announces and hands my little boy to the nurse for cleaning.

“It’s a boy and he had Alpha’s blue eyes.” Alan said.

Jax wiped the sweat from my face. As Carter hugged me out of joy.

“Thank you, Babe… You give me a chance to see my pups born… I love you…” Carter smiles brightly when his tears fall on his cheeks.

“I… Love… Ah…” Again, I feel pain.

“One more pup is coming… Luna… You have to push…” Alan said.

I just nodded my head and tried to push. But I feel weak because I’m so tired.

‘Nora, you have to give birth to this one… Jax needs to see his pups.’ Zoe said in my mind.

After hearing that I feel the power again. Jax deserves this pup. And push with last time. One more time a sweet cry flew in the room.

“Welcome to sweet girl… She had Betas eyes. Congratulations, Beta Jax.” Alan echoed in the room.

I looked at Jax who was frozen in place, his eyes on pups holding Alan.

“Beta, you had a beautiful daughter…” Alan said, holding pups in front of him.

“Daughter?!” Jax’s eyes widened in shock. He never thought about having pups before, and now he is having a baby girl. Definitely, he was shocked. I wanted to see more of his reaction, but my eyes closed because of tiredness. But I still have pain down there.

‘Don’t close your eyes dear. We have to give birth to HIM.’ Zoe’s voice rings in my mind again.

‘Zoe… We already gave birth to two pups…’ I said.

‘No… You had another pup, Nora. Did you forget it’s Delta’s pups?’ Zoe said in a hurry.

“Ah…” I cry in pain and open my eyes.

Alan, who was giving him to Jax’s hand, stopped in his tracks. And hand pups to nurse and run to me.

“Luna… What happens? You are losing lots of b***d.” Alan began to check.

“Babe… What happened… Alan… What happened to her? Why does she still feel pain?” Carter panicked.

“Babe doll… What’s wrong?” Jax turned back to his daughter and kept holding my hand. I see the fear on his face, he closed to broke. I feel his pain and fear of losing me. I wanted to see him but the pain was too much to bear.

“Oh… Another one pups are coming…” Alan shouted in a surprised tone.

“What? But didn’t you say she is carrying two pups?” Carter asked in shock.

“Hold on Alpha… Let me help this little one… Luna push…” Alan said.

I closed and pushed out full force. Another pop sound echoed in the room. But to my shock, I never heard the baby cry.

What’s wrong? My pups were all right? It’s something happened to him?

I tried to look but my body was too weak to lift the fingers.

“Oh, goddess…” Alan’s voice feels sadistic.

“What… What happens? Alan… Carter… Jax? My pups are all right?” I asked them out of breath. They just stared at Alan’s hand.

“He is not crying…” Carter whispers in a low tone.

“What?” I have gaps in my pain. I feel my breath stop as his words hit my ears.

“His breath is also low and weak… Maybe he won’t survive…” Alan’s last words make my mind numb.

My two pups live, but will my third pups be dead?

“No!! My pups… My pups won’t die?” I growled in anger as loud as I could.

Carter and Jax hold me close to them. I don’t want them, I want my PUPS!

“Babe… Calm down…” Carter’s voice was sad.

“Yes, Baby doll… You have to be stronger…” Jax voice field with pain.

“F**k off!! Both of you… I want my pups… If anything happens to him… I’ll die… I’ll… Died…” Those were the last words I managed to say before passing out.

“No… Babe…” Carter shouted my name.

“Baby doll…” Jax’s voice was hurt.
