The two dove back into their chess match.

Frankie leaned casually against the wall, watching with quiet interest.

Maggie, though not a chess expert, followed the game closely, her gaze fixed on the board.

Nearby, Kyson and Shari were celebrating on the sofa, having just won their game against Barlow and Karina.

“We won!” Kyson shouted, his face alight with joy.
