-Stop your complaints, will you, I’m bored with school, just because we miss one day nothing will happen.

—That’s fine for me, although not good… I prefer to go, since being surrounded by all those beautiful wolves that chase us is fantastic. Ethan sighed.

—You’re a nightmare, when you’re going to grow up and decide to talk to your mate. Stop flirting with all those girls.

—That won’t happen…

—But if you already know who hers is, how can you last so long without wanting to be with her?

—I don’t know Ethan, I don’t think I’m ready for her. Besides, I’m nothing in front of her. And you know very well how wolves get, they go a little crazy about having mates. Very possessive. She shook her head.

Her friend was wasting the company of being with her partner, while he had been looking for his for some years. Since she had her first transformation at age fifteen which was common for Alpha wolves, he thought he would find her like he had with most of her pack.

But that hadn’t been the case with him, he was already two hundred years old and he still hadn’t found her. Where the hell was she? She suspected that her wolf was not in the Blue Moon pack. Her father told him not to despair, that if he had not smelled her during her first transformation nothing happened, most likely she was still a human of the pack waiting to come of age to be able to transform.

Since common wolves, she transformed at the age of sixteen.

And he was somewhat right, because in the pack there were many young girls who were still human, but with wolf descent. She was worried about the idea that her partner would not be able to transform, those cases were few. When a girl or boy, the offspring of wolves, turned sixteen years old, the change occurred. If they did not succeed, they would be simply human, but they would have the right to live in the pack, living their life like any other wolf.

But how long did he have to wait for her? Her friend looked at him out of the corner of her eye, it was already getting late, they couldn’t go back to the mountains after dark. If they discovered that they were outside the Blue Moon territories they would get into serious trouble, since it was forbidden to go down to the town with ordinary humans.

—And how do you want me to talk to them? If they are disgusting women, they couldn’t clean this damn house early. I have to arrive and find all this dirt.

—You know we have classes, and we always clean when we get home from school.

—They left three hours ago, where the hell are they going in that time? They are sluts just like their stupid mother.

Shery always got angry when they were compared to her shameless mother, the two of them were two decent women than her mother ever was. Eve held her hand tightly because she knew it bothered her, she was just trying to calm her down so she wouldn’t argue with Steven and end up hitting them.

—Dad it’s raining a lot, plus Eve and I need to do our schoolwork.

—That is the biggest lie I have ever heard, ungrateful girl. Everything I do for you, you have a roof over your head and you can’t do something as simple as cleaning the house where you live. I’m tired of both.

She thought that the feeling was mutual, and that if that was true why she didn’t just walk away and leave them alone, she didn’t even bring food to the house and still she called them bad daughters. She was sure that they would lose the house at any moment with so many debts that her father had.

—We’re ready to clean.

—It’s better, because today my boss is coming with his partners, so I want this house to shine. Get down to cleaning the slack. The man retired to her room.

-I hate it! And I hate that he treats us like this as if we were nothing to him. Shery said with anger in her voice.

Tears threatened to come out of her eyes, she felt so much pain and frustration. She just wanted to have a family like everyone else who would support her and love her. At least an understanding and less drunk father.

But she only had a crazy drug addict as a mother and an aggressive person in every aspect as a father. What had she done to deserve such a punishment?
