He stared at me and said, "So how are you going to return this favor? Tell me. If I am satisfied with your answer, I might even make Sebastian suffer."

I was speechless and replied, "What do you want? I will try my best."

He thought for a moment and said, "Why don't you cook a week's worth of meals for me? But you're not allowed to cook pasta every day. I'm going to vomit if that's the only thing I will be having for one week."

His request was reasonable, but I felt embarrassed. I glanced at him and replied, "Mr. Hayes, didn't I tell you that the only dish I know how to make is pasta? Are you sure you want me to cook other stuff for you?"

He pursed his lips. "Can't you learn? I don't care, I only want this. I'm not going to agree to other conditions."

"Fine!" I agreed for now. He didn't mention that the dishes cooked needed to be edible.

When I finally arrived at the gate of the villa, I was a little stupefied. This villa was way too huge. All the villas in Jarold City had fixed dimensions. It was obvious that this villa was at least twice the size of ordinary ones in Jarold City. Perhaps it could even be called a manor.

The Milton family was really wealthy. This villa looked to be worth hundreds of millions. Were they staying here, or were they using it for other purposes?

The car had to drive a long way before it reached the main building. When we arrived, a servant was already waiting at the entrance. When Tobias and I got out of the car, he pursed his lips and remarked, "This villa is almost as big as Hayes Manor. Jarold City is extremely populated, yet they could still afford such a huge house. The Milton family is really impressive."

I glanced around and didn't reply. This house looked like it was newly built. It was impossible that they bought this plot of land in black and white. Bribing was probably involved.

We entered the hall. The hall was so empty that we could actually hear the echoes of our footsteps. Following the servant, we went up to the second floor and entered a room. As soon as we entered the room, we came face-to-face with a large screen.

The maid said respectfully to someone behind the screen, "Mr. Milton, she is here."

The person behind the screen replied, "You can leave now!" He paused for a moment before muttering, "Miss Reid is quite punctual. It seems that I'm quite important to you!"

I frowned and kept silent. I glanced at my surroundings and found that the room was oddly spacious. It was creepy that the house was so spacious, yet there were so few people living in it. There was an eerie vibe to it.

Sebastian walked out from behind the screen and stared at Tobias. He frowned slightly and said, "Mr. Hayes, you came too?"

Tobias answered, "Well, I came for a walk but accidentally made my way here. Mr. Milton, you have such a huge house. Are you using this place to keep ladies here against their will?" Tobias' words were so infuriating.

Sebastian smirked. He was holding two small walnuts in his hands and fiddling with them. He glanced at me and said, "Miss Reid, do you want to have a seat? It's been a long time since we had a good talk."

I pursed my lips and answered, "Didn't you say we were going to have a meal? Where are the others? Are you trying to throw a surprise party for me or do you think that I have too much free time for you to waste?"
