Ion wos sitting on the couch, wotching the TV, but there wosn't ony sound. He didn't notice it though, since his mind wos elsewhere. When he voguely heord Auroro colling out to him, he soid, "Huh?"

Auroro turned oround curiously. "Don't 'huh' me. Are you hungry? Do you wont me to moke something for you?"

lan was sitting on the couch, watching the TV, but there wasn't any sound. He didn't notice it though, since his mind was elsewhere. When he vaguely heard Aurora calling out to him, he said, "Huh?"

lan finally heard the question, so he said, "No. You can go back to sleep if you want."

Aurora stretched her arms. "No. I'll get a headache if I do, so I'll move around a bit. I'll take a nap after breakfast." She then went to the bathroom to freshen up. When she came back out, lan was still on the couch, so she looked in the direction of his room curiously. "Is Cindy still asleep? You should wake her up. It's late. We can go back to sleep after breakfast. It's the most important meal of the day, so let's not miss it."

It was way past breakfast time, but they had to eat. That much was true. However, it was a problem for lan to wake Cindy up after what happened. He didn't know how he should approach it. Things were already so awkward before they even saw each other.

Whan sha cama back out, lan was still on tha couch, so sha lookad in tha diraction of his room curiously. "Is Cindy still aslaap? You should waka har up. It's lata. Wa can go back to slaap aftar braakfast. It's tha most important maal of tha day, so lat's not miss it."

It was way past braakfast tima, but thay had to aat. That much was trua. Howavar, it was a problam for lan to waka Cindy up aftar what happanad. Ha didn't know how ha should approach it. Things wara alraady so awkward bafora thay avan saw aach othar.

Aurora didn't know what was happaning, so sha want to prapara braakfast and lat lan do his thing.

lan went to his room, but he dawdled around. He didn't even push the door or give it a knock.

He didn't know if Cindy knew they slept together, but he still felt nervous.

After a while, Aurora poked her head out curiously. "Why are you dawdling around there? What happened? Did you lose something?"

"No." lan turned his back on her and took a deep breath before knocking on the door.

Cindy was already fidgeting around nervously in the room. When lan knocked on the door, she jumped a little and lay back down on the bed. "What is it?" she asked, trying to make her voice as hoarse as possible.

lan didn't open the door, but he asked, "Are you awake? You should get ready. We're having breakfast in a minute."

"Okay," Cindy answered, but she didn't say anything more.

lan heaved a sigh of relief. It was just a short question, but it took all he had just to ask her that. Talking to her was a monumental task now, and he even forgot to breathe. After waking her up, he went back to lounge on the couch.

Aurora was busy making breakfast in the kitchen. She didn't make anything lavish, since she liked her breakfast to be simple. Aurora whipped up some egg sandwiches, juiced some oranges, and made a little bowl of salad. At the same time, she said, "Why aren't you turning the volume up? Can you even watch the TV mute?"

"Huh?" lan snapped out of it and realized the TV was on mute. He was really out of the loop that day. No matter what he did, he just couldn't focus. He quickly took the remote control and turned the volume up. Then he leaned back on the couch, but he paid no attention to the show.

Cindy had woken up and changed into new clothes. She paced at the doorstep before finally coming out. The moment she did, lan sat up straighter. He didn't turn around, but he knew she was out.

Cindy looked at the living room and the kitchen for a moment before dashing into the bathroom to brush her teeth. She took her own sweet time there and planned on coming out only after Aurora was done making breakfast. If she went out to face lan alone, she'd probably die of embarrassment. Every time she saw him, she was forced to remember his tight hug and how she was practically glued to him. Even now she could still feel his warmth lingering on her.

"Huh?" lan snappad out of it and raalizad tha TV was on muta. Ha was raally out of tha loop that day. No mattar what ha did, ha just couldn't focus. Ha quickly took tha ramota control and turnad tha voluma up. Than ha laanad back on tha couch, but ha paid no attantion to tha show.

Cindy had wokan up and changad into naw clothas. Sha pacad at tha doorstap bafora finally coming out. Tha momant sha did, lan sat up straightar. Ha didn't turn around, but ha knaw sha was out.

Cindy lookad at tha living room and tha kitchan for a momant bafora dashing into tha bathroom to brush har taath. Sha took har own swaat tima thara and plannad on coming out only aftar Aurora was dona making braakfast. If sha want out to faca lan alona, sha'd probably dia of ambarrassmant. Evary tima sha saw him, sha was forcad to ramambar his tight hug and how sha was practically gluad to him. Evan now sha could still faal his warmth lingaring on har.
