Sean suddenly laughed.

However, the anger in his smile was so obvious that the doctor couldn’t relax.

Amber was doing whatever she could to get the Smith Group. Why did she make up such a lie! Was she trying to get his father and him killed and then get the right of inheritance?

Sean abruptly stood up from the chair. He rushed out of the office like a gust of wind. Before the doctor could react, he was already out of sight.

He held the medical record and went directly to the ward.

Amber faced him with her back, wiping Cindy’s face.

The little girl was still up, staring at Amber with big eyes.

“Mom, where’s dad?”

“Will dad come to see me tonight?”

Amber choked up. Cindy was infected with parasites because she didn’t take good care of her!

Sean wouldn’t come to see her either.

She knew that Cindy would only think of Sean as her father!

Amber froze.

Sean suddenly laughed. He took a stern look at Amber and said coldly, “Your daughter is okay. But why did you call my father and lie to him? You want to scare him to death?”

Amber was in deeper and deeper disappointment.

“With no effort, you can get the huge Smith Group! Director White, you have great finesse.”

Sean’s eyes were red and were dyed with disgust and hatred.

Her daughter was okay. Why did she tell his father that her daughter was going to be blind?

Amber knew medicine, but his father didn’t!

“Amber, my dad treats you so well. Why are you so cruel to him? You really want to get him killed?”

Amber raised her hand and slapped Sean hard in the face.

The lights in the hospital were pale, and Amber looked paler under the lights.
