Looking at the pretty woman in his arms, Logan smiled, "More than you are."

His voice was as bewitching as the cello. Elena heard him and just wanted to get closer to him, closer and closer until she was finally his, only his. She thought she was so in love with him, too. "What are you thinking?" Logan patted her on her head gently.

"You!" She replied with a smile.

At this moment, Logan was turned on and just wanted to make love to her right here right now. But it was not a good timing. He had to sigh in secret.

Elena stopped tempting him and fled from his arms, "It's still early. Yet you are not working now. You little lazy pig."

Logan teased her intentionally, "If possible, I hope I can spend every minute with you."

"And that's President Brown's wish? Impressive!" Elena smiled.

"Who did you meet today?"

"How did you know?" She was surprised. 'Did he send someone to follow me?' She couldn't help guessing.

"Don't overthink. It's just the perfume."

Oh, right. Emma preferred strong perfume. So she must got Emma's perfume when they stayed close.

"What a good nose!" She herself barely smelt it.

"I'm fully aware of your smell." He smiled as if he was implying something else.

Elena blushed with his words, remembering his touch and kiss. She pushed him away and said, "Stop it! Go to work!"

The next second, she was so sheepish that she pushed him out and closed the door.

While Logan was reflecting outside, wondering he might went too far this time. But he quite enjoyed himself seeing Elena got shy. She was just so cute.

Jacob came here and happened to see Logan's doting smile. He was surprised but quickly knew it was because of Elena.

"Sir." Jacob handed the documents of Bush Group, "This is the business report of Bush Group. The 20 million Mason got seems to help a lot. But Mason wants to return the money back." "Return?" Logan stopped smiling and said in a cold voice. "He has already lost the option when he chose the money over Elena."

The moment Mason chose to take that money, he had nothing to do with his daughter. Now he thought he could make up for Elena by simply returning 20 million. What a ridiculous joke! "So should I reject him? Or just do nothing?"

Thinking about Mason's changed attitude, Logan felt weird, "Give me the report."

"All the documents are here, including everything about Elena in detail." Then Jacob put them on the desk and said with a lower voice, "But, there's something strange."

"What?"

Logan looked straight at where Jacob pointed, "We can't find Elena's birth certificate. And Mrs. Bush was not pregnant at that time, nor did she go to any hospital for antenatal care or childbirth." What was this supposed to mean? Logan had a guess but he couldn't be certain.

So did Jacob. "I will continue investigating. There's no conclusion so far."

But if their guess was real, then it made sense that Mason was so indifferent to Elena. However, how to explain his changed attitude? Why did he want to return the money and beg for Elena's forgiveness? "Investigate Mason as well as all people who might get involved into this!" Logan said seriously.

Jacob nodded, "Sure, don't worry."

Logan pondered for a moment and added, "Don't let Elena know until we are one hundred percent certain."

"Sure." Then Jacob left.

Sitting beside the window, Logan slightly tapped on the wheelchair, trying to sort out his thoughts. If their guess was right, what happened to Elena? And how could they ever do this to his beloved wife? While Elena was waiting for Logan patently. When the night fell, they left for home together.

Elena suddenly remembered something and ran upstairs to get a signature board and a pen.

Logan looked at them and asked, "What was this for?"

"For your signature!" Elena handed them to him.

"Why? You are my fan? Eager for my signature?" Logan teased her.

"Nah. Don't flatter yourself. It's for Sophia. I promised her to give her your signature. Now hurry up and I can finish my task quickly."

"My signature? For Sophia?" Logan thought for a while and remembered who she was, a lovely friend to Elena.

"Yes! Sign it!" Elena nodded excitedly.

He took the pen and signed it with his beautiful handwriting. But when Elena was about to take it back, Logan dodged. What was happening? Now Elena was puzzled.

Logan started to teasing her again, "I have never given my signature to anyone for free. Aren't you going to exchange something for my priceless signature?"

Indeed, countless people would kill to get his signature. But it was the first time that he had signed as an 'idol'.

With her bright eyes blinking, she kissed him on his lips quickly. Then she took away the signature board before he could do anything.

"Mr. Brown, is my kiss worth it?" She asked with a smile.

"Yes, my girl," He returned her with a smile.
