Woods had long set up an invisible net, both in the air and on the land, so he could prevent Rocky from escaping. He cast a glance at the three masters of the Heavenly Stage, who summoned their spirit-manipulated beasts to fight Sabina and her Duchess Silver with a joint effort. Sabina was busy fighting with them, which slowed her progress in breaking out of the encirclement.

At the same time, arrows were raining in all directions like a storm, and even though Rocky and Uriah tried to protect others with all their might, people were falling like flies beside them. Soon, most of them had died, leaving only about twenty of them.

"Surround them!" Woods ordered his men when he felt that it was the right time. Numerous figures barricaded Rocky and his soldiers so tightly that it was impossible to break out.

Just a few feet away, Sabina was still fighting with the three master-hands. Although she successfully injured one and she wasn't in any danger of losing, their fight had been going on for so long that it had cost her too much physical and spiritual power. Thus, her combat power had been greatly weakened, and now, she was unable to back Rocky up.

"Commander in Chief, please leave us and get out of here with Commander Sabina!" Thor, who was covered with wounds all over his body, shouted to Rocky, as he helped Joss who was badly-injured. It was a calculated move on his part, and what he believed was a necessary sacrifice, as it would be much easier for Rocky and Sabina to escape on their own.

"Please go, Commander in Chief. Please leave as soon as you can! We will cover for you!" The rest of the soldiers also shouted. None of them looked scared at the thought of death. Instead, they appeared calm and focused on the fight and Rocky's survival

Rocky felt warmth envelop him. His hands were trembling as he held the Frozen Wind Dagger, and it was the first time that he had felt loved and cared for. At such a crucial moment of life and death, his men were willing to save his life at the cost of theirs. But he couldn't just go alone. No, he couldn't leave these people behind.

"Rocky!" Sabina also shouted, which added to the pressure that he was already feeling. No decision could make both sides happy at that point, as Rocky couldn't leave all the remaining soldiers behind, but he couldn't bring them with him either. It was hard for Sabina to decide too, but her priority right then was to keep Rocky safe and sound. Thus, she had to put his safety above all else. "No, I won't leave without them!" Rocky replied before she could say anything, shaking his head firmly.

Sabina sighed at that. She knew that he couldn't be reasoned with at that moment, but she couldn't let him do as he wished. So, she strengthened her power and threw a strong force of ice to the two master-hands surrounding her, and in the blink of an eye, she dashed to him.

"Don't blame me for this, Rocky,” Sabina grumbled and reached out both hands to hit him, counting on the element of surprise to succeed.

Rocky was dumbstruck for a second. He hadn't expected Sabina to take him away by force. However, things weren't developing in the direction Sabina expected, as something radically unexpected happened

She felt a mighty force sweep over from behind her, and instantly, she was frozen and unable to move. A cold and menacing laugh echoed in the same direction. "Oh, Woods, is this the woman you're having a crush on?"

At once, any reaction on Rocky's face disappeared, as he turned to look at the speaker with an apathetic expression. None of them noticed Alyssa, who was able to approach them, and even Rocky failed to sense her completely. “What if she hadn't announced her presence? What else could she have done?’ A shudder ran down his spine at the thought.

Alyssa petted Sabina's frozen cheeks and caressed down along her neck. She drew her red lips near to Sabina's ears and whispered, as if she was admiring a piece of artwork, "She's glorious. Look at her delicate skin. It feels like silk. You have a fine taste in women, Woods!"

Meanwhile, Sabina was trembling all over. She had just witnessed the power of a cultivator at the Divine Stage, as Alyssa controlled her instantly. She had tried to collect her energy to escape from her clutches, but she couldn't do anything. All she could do was stand there and let Alyssa take advantage of her.

"Alyssa, please control yourself," Woods sighed, shaking his head, as he wondered what his elder sister was up to.

"Your target is me, Alyssa. Let her go, and I will be all yours," Rocky hastily offered, his eyes dilated in anxiety. After all, Alyssa was crazy and impulsive, so there was no way to tell what she was going to do.

"Wow, you're so nice to her. I thought you would run for your life! I can't believe that you would trade yourself for her. But now that I know it's what you want, I don't want to do that anymore. Since she's important to you, I want to see how distressed you will be when I end her life! That would be wonderfully entertaining,” Alyssa said lowly, with a cruel grin painted on her immaculate features. She appeared calm on the outside, but everyone could tell that she could explode any second. As cruel as she was, she had enough power to back that up, which made her an extremely difficult enemy.

"Don't listen to her, Rocky. Please use your power and leave," Sabina managed to say. She remembered that Rocky had a special ability to be invisible, and he could use it to run away to safety.

"Commander in Chief, please go! Don't let our sacrifice be in vain. Please save yourself!" Thor echoed loudly. At the moment, he and other twenty people were surrounded closely, and they couldn't escape even if they had wings.

"You're going to escape alone? Oh, just forget about it! Do you think you can escape from me? Moon Fox!" Alyssa gathered her spiritual force to open her Magic Spiritual Space, and one red light got out after another. The red lights intertwined and formed a translucent light barrier, which covered the whole area about a few meters around.

"I'm sorry, but you can't escape no matter which method you may take. So, just wait patiently for your death. Oh, but I won't do it quickly. I will kill all these people, one by one, in front of you. I believe it will be a feast for you to watch their blood run from their bodies. By then, you will be begging me to kill you! How about that?" Alyssa said with a crazed expression on her face as if the very thought of Rocky suffering brought her ecstasy.

"The truth is I never entertained the idea of leaving alone. I am here. If you want my life, come and take it. And since every minute I live seems like torture to you, why don't you kill me now?" Rocky knew that it would be a mistake to show his care for the others, so he decided to provoke her instead. At least, in that way, there would be a slim chance for the others to live.

"You have guts! Unfortunately, you're going to die soon, so I'll be merciful and let you live longer. Don't you appreciate my kindness?" Alyssa let out a pleasant laugh. It looked like she was having the best time of her life at that moment.

"You're such a freak. I don't think you'll find a man who will want to marry you! If any man will be blind enough to fall in love with you, he will lead a life that's no better than death!" Rocky sneered, glaring at Alyssa.

Alyssa's beautiful face twitched upon Rocky's words. Immediately, she waved her hand and a strong spiritual force turned into a light shadow, which rushed to Rocky at an extreme speed.

Bang! He didn't even have enough time to react, before the spot where he was standing suddenly flashed with a vivid light that razed the ground, as far back as a dozen meters around.
