We found Tate standing and speaking with Calvin, Braxton, and Mason in the back corner of the room. We advised them all that we had offered help in training Conner as he has to learn a lot in a very short amount of time. Tyler quickly got them informed of what Conner had said about changing his pack from how it had been and that he wanted to get Sylvia to sign the deed to the house away so they can buy it from her free and clear and the money go to Jade. They also agreed that keeping the sale separated like that was a great idea as well in case Sylvia tried to lie about it in the future.

“Well, that is what we came over here to discuss. Conner advised that Sylvia doesn’t like to work, so there is no purpose in offering her a job in the pack. He knows her personally and she will be making trouble in the pack over her items being sold off to pay the reimbursement to Jade. He said that even though we all know the truth that Sylvia won’t even admit it, or do right by Jade, so he said after we get her to sign the deed over that he is willing to either have her banished to a Rouge, which he doesn’t mind doing, but he advises that she will be coming straight to Stone Moon to make life difficult for Jade. He also advised that it is up to us what we want to do, that we could take her with us to dispense justice to her. I can do that as I still have to deal with Ashley when I get back to Stone Moon, but I was thinking that we can just do it here, so she can be buried with her husband and son as a family. What are your opinions on this?” I ask the group.

“Conner is right, Sylvia is a horribly mean person, and she will be coming straight for Jade. I agree that we need to take care of this now. She wasn’t at the gate for us to deal with during the gun battle or it would have been dealt with” Tate says to the group.

“I agree, I know Sylvia personally and she has only ever been nice to the Alpha, Luna, her husband, and her son. She could be downright ugly to everyone else, and she went out of her way to be ugly to Jade, so I believe that we do need to take care of it now, and not let her get away from this pack where she could get some others together and try to hurt Jade. Since she is locked up in the cells, I think that she needs to be allowed to sign the deed over like Conner wanted, and then we can see if one of the sharpshooters wants to do the honors” Calvin said.

“I agree, I don’t have a problem with taking care of that hateful woman. She is a terrible person and a complete liar. She needs to be taken care of before she can hurt our sister any more than she already has. I believe that she is twisted enough to try to hunt Jade down. Even though she would start at the wrong pack right now, she knows who we are and who our father is, so it would be a short matter of time before she showed up there. I don’t want Jade caught unawares in town shopping with mom. That would be terrible if she hurt them both. We can have everyone just get ready to store their gear and load up. I can take care of this problem myself. I am still armed, or we can let them dispense justice for lying to the acting Alpha and soon to be Alpha by them dispensing their own justice to her as we are still on their pack lands” Tate tells us.

“I agree with Tate, let them go ahead and deal with it. We can get out of here right now, and they can dispense the justice themselves. She did just lie to them both in a room full of their pack members. It will send a good message of respect for the new Alpha, and acting Alpha, that they are taking care of business. It will also send a message that the bullying will not be allowed or continuing in this pack, and she can be laid to rest with her family” Mason said to the group.

“I agree with Tate and Mason, let them deal with it after she signs over the deed over. It can be their first act of showing the change in their pack. I also like that it won’t be on us, and she will be laid to rest with her family. It will also keep her from trying to pack up a lot of valuables and leave the pack. I want Sylvia to have to pay Jade back her money” Braxton advises his opinion.

“I agree with them, let her sign the deed to the house and they can dispense their justice to her. If they want us to, we can stay as witnesses to it, which I would actually prefer, just to make sure it gets done. I would rest easier knowing that Jade doesn’t need to be protected because Sylvia accidentally got away from them” Tyler says to the group.

“Ok, I agree with that, Tyler, I would actually like it confirmed too, so this can be over and done with and Jade can be free to go where she wants and us not have to worry about her because all of the people who wanted to harm her will all be taken care of at that time. We can also be witnesses to it in case the Council wants a review or reasoning for it as well. I don’t want anything coming back on the Howling Wolf pack for taking care of her and putting things right. That is a good idea, and I will be sure to go tell Beta Marcus and Alpha heir Conner what our answer is, I think that this is the best idea all the way around” I tell them.

I go looking for Beta Marcus and Alpha heir Conner with Tyler and find them talking in the front corner of the room, by the stage. I tell them what we had discussed. Beta Marcus agreed with what we wanted to do, he advised us that he had just told Conner the same thing. We could be witnesses as we were already witnessed her lying to the Acting Alpha and Alpha heir, in front of the whole pack. The fact that it had been verified as a lie by Alpha Eric Taylor’s sister as having been correct on his part and that she was ordered to pay back the money also helped the pack realize that she was in the wrong. They were going to need to be swift in their justice to show just how much the pack had changed since they had been put in charge. The only thing that needed to be done was to have her sign the deed over, and they had already sent two warriors over to get it from their safe. They advised that the safe was locked and that Gamma female Devoe was refusing to give anyone the combination, as she knew what they were going to try to do.

“We can help with that too,” I told them and asked to be escorted to the cell where she was.

We went down with our group, as well as Beta Marcus and Alpha Heir Conner Smith down to the cells to speak with Gamma female Devoe.

“What the hell are you all doing here? I already told the guards that I will NOT be giving you the combination to the safe. You are wasting all of our time. I do not owe that stupid little b***h anything. Just having to raise her up, I should have been given 5 million for the inconvenience of it all. She was a pain to raise, and never appreciated that we gave her food and a roof over her head. Always complained about having to work and buy her own personal items and clothes. I helped her by showing her that life is tough, and you have to push through. Look at her now, I hear she is finally thin. I would like to see her, as I don’t believe what Jeremy told me, as she always embarrassed us by looking at how she did while she was here. She should have lost weight while she was here so we could have been proud of her. But I ended up helping her by giving her tough love. She deserved it I didn’t want to take the chance of her turning out like her w***e of a mother.” Sylvia tells us.

“Where do you get off speaking badly about Jade, or her mother?” I asked her.

“Jade is not a w***e and your right, she IS a strong woman. She had to deal with a lot of crap, and she overcame it all. We gave her love and showed her how to train and she did the rest. All she needed was people to love and believe in her and she turned her life around quickly. Maybe if you had shown her some love, she would have made changes while she was here, but I don’t think you are capable of doing that. From what I hear you really only love yourself and your stuff” Tyler tells her.

“I do love my stuff and that is why I will NOT be giving you the combination to the safe. I have done nothing wrong, and you are holding me against my will. You are all going to have to answer to the Council for this, and you will ALL be getting punished if I have anything to say about it” Sylvia yells at us.

“Well Sylvia, that is where you are wrong. You disobeyed an Alpha Command from Eric. You lied to the acting Alpha, Marcus Williams, as well as to Alpha heir Conner Smith. That is an act of treason by lying to your Alpha, and at a minimum it is banishment, and the maximum penalty is death. It has already been decided, you will not be getting banished. They are showing a strong united front with the new leaders of the pack, and you are going to be made an example of. You will be giving us the combination to the safe, so you can sign the deed over to the pack to buy your home, or I have no problem torturing you until you give us the combination. I excelled in torture in my class, and you can be my first person to use it on” I calmly tell her.
