Under the suggestive gaze of Yvonne, Claude had no choice but to open his mouth again.

"Mr. Collins, I was wrong this time. I... Apologize to you. I am really sorry for what I did before. Please."

Claude felt like being trampled underfoot.

No matter how furious he was, he could only keep a tight lid on himself and behave well.

Jordy cast a cold look at Yvonne and said in a flat voice, "Well, I can only grant you a conditional cooperation."

Yvonne cut in gratefully, "Thank you so much, Mr. Collins. What conditions? You name it!"

Claude bowed his head slightly. He didn't want to say a word now.

Jordy, on the contrary, said calmly, "Firstly, Collins wants another 10% of your profits for the next year temporarily. Secondly, Collins will only accept Gloria's plan and she herself has to be here for implementation."

Claude was a bit shocked.

Jordy's requirements were basically the same as what he said at the meeting before.

After all, the two companies had been partners for so many years. They did know something about the other party's way of doing things.

Yvonne and Claude dared not expect too much now. Things had come to this and they had no choice but to accept. Yvonne turned to Claude immediately and spoke nothing. She had no final say after all. Claude took a deep breath and nodded in the end. "OK. Mr. Collins, it's our great honor to be your partner again!"

Their partnership would last for one year temporarily, which had been discussed at the meeting earlier. The Whites knew that this was the best deal they could get now. The Collins might have refused them from the very beginning. It took the Whites a great effort to strive for this one-year partnership and they would try their best to make Jordy relent and renew their agreement even longer.

So Claude could only accede to Jordy's request.

Yvonne felt relieved. Jordy, looking calm as always, opened his mouth, "Harold will go to your company to finalize and do this agreement in duplicate. So, if there is nothing else, you can go back." Jordy was straightforward. He was driving them away.

Claude and Yvonne could only follow his order, got up, said goodbye, and left.

Claude finally lost his temper after getting in the car. "Are you happy?"

Yvonne shot a cold glance at Claude and said, "Why are you mad at me? It was all your fault. If it wasn't for you being weak and incompetent, we would never be reduced to such a position. This deal is the best we can get."

"Respect? You are the chairman of the board. How come you screwed our company to such a passive position? Where is your respect for the company, for all of us? Besides, you are not the only owner of the Whites Group. You never asked for our opinion before making a decision. If you did something good, people would praise you for your wisdom. But now you made a mistake, you deserved to be criticized by others since you are harming the collective interests. If it wasn't for Gloria, our group would come to a dead end. Now we still lose 10% of our profits to the Collins. You know the consequence."
