The man with the small mustache, who was shouting over the army of bondslaves, was named Omon, a vampire duke.

He was the one who, on Max's orders, summoned millions of bondslaves to drain Nathan's energy with a numbers advantage. Nathan gazed at the endless heads of bondslaves before him. His brow furrowed slightly, and his eyes turned cold. "Have the vampires become completely irreverent for the hierarchy? How dare you lowly ones stand in my way?" Nathan did not raise his voice, but it carried far and wide like muffled thunder, audible to all who were present. The bondslaves, upon hearing Nathan's voice, became thunderstruck. Their hearts began pounding wildly.

In an instant, the bondslaves sensed the overwhelming ripple of authority emanating from Nathan.

It was the regal aura that only the supreme vampires possessed.

Deep in their bones and in their blood, the bondslaves subconsciously submitted to the superior vampire. They were suddenly filled with inexplicable fear as if an ancient king had appeared in their midst. So great was their fear that they instinctively fell to their knees to receive him.

Astonished, Omon gaped at the unexpected turn of events unfolding before him.

The vast bondslave army, as immense as the sea, parted at Nathan's command. Moreover, the bondslaves, numbering in the millions, knelt in reverence.

What's going on here?

He had not regained his composure.

His vision blurred momentarily. Out of nowhere, Nathan's figure appeared before him.

"Did I give you permission to remain standing before me?" Nathan demanded haughtily.

It was at that moment when Omon finally sensed the powerful aura of a superior vampire emanating from Nathan. However, he did not have the luxury of time to ponder over it.

With a fierce cry, he unsheathed the rapier from his hip and lunged ruthlessly at Nathan with a single, forceful strike.

Nathan raised his left hand and casually made a sweeping motion.

He snatched away Omon's rapier, leaving Omon's face pale with shock.

"How dare you brandish your sword. at me?" Nathan said coldly. With a slight exertion with both hands, the rapier in his grasp shatteredo instantly into pieces.

At the same time, Nathan closed in on Omon in a flash and landed a punch squarely on the latter's chest. Bang!

The chilling sound shattering bones echoed.

With a single punch, Nathan caused Omon's chest to cave inward and shattered all of his organs.

Like a leaf in the fall, Omon was sent flying, fluttering helplessly in the wind. He was dead before he hit the ground.

Persisting in his trek forward, Nathan walked through the path where a million bondslave knelt.

With every step he took, his figure flickered, and he reappeared a hundred meters ahead in the blink of an eye.

His voice rolled out like thunder, echoing into the distance. "Since you know I'm here, Herod, why won't you come out and meet your end?"

Inside the luxurious palace of the vampire's headquarters, Herod was biding his time, waiting for the bondslaves to wear down Nathan's strength. Then, he would step in to claim Nathan's head effortlessly and feast on his blood.

To his surprise, a sound akin to distant thunder echoed from afar. It was Nathan's call for battle.

Shocked and furious, he was about to demand an explanation when Max dashed in.

"The situation is strange, Patriarch Herod. The moment they caught sight of Nathan, the bondslaves were so frightened that they made way and knelt to welcome him Also, Nathan has slain Duke Omon and is heading this way at an incredible speed."

Herod and the vampire princes present wore similar expressions of shock.

Millions of bondslaves have been so terrified that they knelt before Nathan? How is this possible?

Herod found the report difficult to believe, but he did sense the rapid approach of a powerful force.

Though he felt that something was amiss, there was no time for him to ponder.

"Seeing as Nathan is here, Max, you and the others should go out and give him a warm welcome," he ordered in a deep voice. "Yes, sir!" Max and the other princes replied in unison.
