Salute To The General -
Chapter 3352 Road To Hell
Catching sight of the brutally killed vampires from the corner of his eye, Nathan snorted disdainfully, "Ridiculous!" Then, he suddenly exerted force with his left hand.
Swoosh!
The black vortex before his palm suddenly increased its suction force, pulling Herod toward it with irresistible strength.
Seizing the moment, Nathan stepped forward. With his left hand, he gripped Herod's throat tightly while swinging his right fist at the latter's face, delivering a flurry of punches. Bang! Bang! Bang!
Every punch from Nathan was filled with all his might, striking Herod's face like a giant axe chopping wood and a big hammer smashing stone.
Even though Herod was known as the strongest creature on Earth, after taking a beating from Nathan, he became severely wounded, and his face was covered in blood. "Ah!" Herod roared angrily in pain, fiercely kicking Nathan in the chest and taking the opportunity to retreat several meters in haste.
He steadied himself, raising a hand to touch his face, only to find it smeared with fresh blood.
Fury! Overwhelming rage surged within him.
His body trembling as he seethed in anger.
He couldn't even remember the last time he had taken a beating, as something like that had happened ages ago.
He never thought he'd get beaten up so badly that day.
"Blood Sword!" In a fit of rage, Herod completely went out of control.
He raised his right hand while letting out a hysteric roar.
Immediately, the earth began to shake, and astonishingly, the branches and pebbles on the ground started to defy gravity, floating up into the air.
Helen's face drastically changed as soon as she witnessed that scene, and she turned to flee.
Max and other vampire elites were still cluelessly rooted to their spots, not understanding what was happening.
But they quickly realized that something was amiss.
The air around them began to contort, and the vampires present felt as if they were submerged three thousand meters under the sea as the pressure around them seemed to have increased by hundreds, if not thousands, folds. Max and his King-Class vampires were fine, using the power within them to resist the sudden increase in air pressure.
However, those less powerful vampire warriors couldn't endure it.
The figures of many vampire warriors on the scene began to become twisted, and in the end, their bodies burst into a mist of blood one after another.
The blood mist instantly flew in the same direction, landing in the raised right hand of Herod. The mist transformed into blood water, which quickly solidified, gradually forming the outline of a sword.
Bang! Bang! Bang!
More and more vampire elites exploded and died, and the resulting blood mist flew toward Herod's hand. Max and several of the vampire elites couldn't hold on any longer, and they quickly retreated to a safe distance.
When most of the surrounding vampire elites had died, a crimson sword, Blood Sword, now rested in Herod's hand. Enraged, Herod wasted no more breath talking to Nathan. He charged directly at Nathan, stirring a gust of wind in his wake. Nathan slightly furrowed his brows.
With a crisp sound, he drew The Unsullied from his waist, ready to face the battle head-on.
Herod launched seventy-two strikes in a single breath, each carrying a destructive force.
Nathan parried each attack, retreating seventy-two steps before successfully fending off Herod's seventy-two sword strikes.
The moment Nathan took on all of Herod's attacks, he began to counterattack, and his first move was his trump card. "Blade of Seasons, Road to Hell."
Herod was taken aback, hearing
Nathan's voice. Before he could react, the latter's blade, gleaming and carrying an overwhelming momentum, was already slicing through the air in his direction.
A flash of a blade flickered before his eyes, and then, all he saw was emptiness...
The sound beside Herod's ears was fading away.
The gleam of the blade before his eyes vanished, and he found himself standing in an unfamiliar place.
It was a path with no end in sight.
Beside the path, countless unnamed red flowers bloomed, and a gentle stream flowed nearby.
By the side of a small river, there lay a stone inscribed with three words-Stone of Lives.
The figure of a charming woman stood beside Stone of Lives.
The elegant figure turned around, and to his surprise, it was Helen, the woman he had once loved deeply. However, in the end, he seized power from her and drove her out of the ranks of vampires.
Herod shuddered, suddenly realizing that he was walking on the legendary road to Hell.
