Chapter 3375 The Doubt Of Pope Eugene

Night fell and lights came on.

On the open-air training ground of the alliance's temporary headquarters, the War Gods from each country had all appeared. Just then, a group of experts from the Curia arrived, escorting a distinguished elderly man.

All the War Gods present bowed respectfully upon seeing him.

The man turned out to be Eugene IV, one of the deputy commanders of the alliance, who personally came to attend the alliance's victory celebration.

Upon learning of the duel between Dido and Senna that evening, he also came over with great interest to enjoy the spectacle.

Just after Pope Eugene's arrival, a slight stir arose in the crowd again. It turned out that Wolfric had arrived.

There were even more people flocking around him, all his allies.

The various War Gods at the scene greeted Wolfric one after another.

Everyone at the scene gasped and cast their gazes in the direction of the voices, only to see Nathan leading Dido and Colin their way accompanied by close allies like Leopold. "Commander Cross has arrived!"

"Greetings, Commander Cross!"

The War Gods and soldiers at the scene greeted him with thunderous cheers, appearing far more enthusiastic than when they had welcomed Eugene IV and Wolfric earlier. Wolfric was jealous and displeased at how well-liked Nathan was and how much his influence had increased.

Even Eugene IV, who had always been on good terms with Nathan, could not help but feel a twinge of envy while looking at him.

The Curia did not gain much

prestige in the great battle against the vampires. Instead, it was Nathan whose fame skyrocketed worldwide, especially in Adrune. In the past everyone only knew that the Eurasian God of War was

However, after he led the alliance in killing Herod and defeating the vampires, he gained widespread popularity in Adrune with many even starting to admire him. Even Eugene IV was envious!

As he stared intently at Nathan, he suddenly furrowed his brows as if he had noticed something amiss.

The experts from the Curia standing nearby were stunned upon hearing Eugene IV's mutterings, wondering what he was talking about.

"What are you talking about, Pope Eugene? What looks like it, but not at the same time? What are you not seeing right?" Hepburn asked curiously.

When Eugene IV heard that, the

doubtful look on his face had

subsided, returning to his usual calm

and unruffled demeanor. He replied

lightly, It's nothing. I just saw

something that puzzled me. It's

probably just my eyes playing tricks on me."

After saying that, he casually gave Nathan a thoughtful look, the doubt in his gaze intensifying.

Upon noticing Nathan's arrival, Wolfric's gaze fell on Dido, who was standing next to the former.

Even though he was accustomed to seeing beautiful women, he could not help but express a hint of astonishment at that moment.

He chuckled before saying with a

smile that did not reach his eyes, "Commander Cross, you're finally here. Since Prince Senna and Princess Dido are also here, may l ask if we can prepare for the duel between the representatives? Let's not waste everyone's time."

"Since you're so eager, let's have the representatives from both sides step forward and prepare for the duel," Nathan stated calmly.
