Sweet Redemption: The Morningstar Series Book 3 -
Sweet Redemption Chapter 48
I was so happy that Acaisia and I made up. It seems like we are getting better at communicating. She was still trying to get me to f**k her and I was so close to giving in last night.
My little minx f*****g convinced me to play with her a*s just so she could put my c**k between those perfect cheeks. Man, I can't wait to f**k the s**t out of her. I'm definitely taking her from behind every day for the rest of our lives after she marks me. Waking up this morning with her wrapped around me I just couldn't help myself. Her p***y would always be my favorite meal. When Acaisia told me once again that her p***y and body belong to me I was ready to f**k her again.
How I was able to hold back I'll never know. If it wasn't for her giving up last night I would have taken her. My little speech got to her, at least for the time being. I think she was trying to test my patience now though. Especially when she rode my face. f**k, that s**t was hot as f**k. I could tell she loved how rough I was too. f**k, I can't wait to get her home and do all sorts of things to her body.
Acaisia doesn't know but before we left I asked Max if he could arrange all of my stuff to be shipped to my mates bedroom. Max was wary on the plan but agreed anyways. I think he was more worried about me overstepping thank anything but I didn't care. Now that Acaisia was warming up to me more and more, I knew I made the right decision. She might still be pissed off when we get home but I'll take her mind off of it.
Especially when all of my toys get there. I feel bad for the poor f**k that has to pack all that up for me.
Now my mate and I were sitting in the large kitchen. We found stools to pull up to the island and were eating with Simon. He and Acaisia were bickering about our twins. I was happy to see my mate scold the stupid dillhole for hitting on our sisters. Honestly, I was a bit surprised that my sister didn't kick his a*s. When I told Acaisia my twins ridiculous views of same s*x mates she lost her s**t. Simon and I stared at her at first as her amusement started to affect us.
Soon we were chuckling along with her. I opened my mouth to ask her what was so funny when the doors to the kitchen burst open and our sisters walked through.
"I think I know where we are!" Ahkari rushed out.
We stared at the two girls for a few moments, taking in their flustered states. They were both a mess. Covered in grass and dirt. Their hair a mess.
Of course my twin looked worse with her shirt on backwards and unzipped pants. Bianca wrapped herself around her mates arm and gave us a dreamy smile.
My mate was having a hard time not laughing at them. Bianca is so smitten. I shook my head at her. She sure gave in fast for someone who didn't want a mate. "What do you mean Ahkari?" The dillhole asked her.
"We aren't in another world." She rushed out.
My mate scrunched up her face in that cute way she does.
"Then where are we?" She asked.
Ahkari looked at her twin.
"I think we're in a painting." She said shocking all of us.
My mate was the first to recover.
"That doesn't happen very often Kari. Are you sure?" She asked.
That happens?
I didn't even know that was a thing. Acaisia had her back to me so I turned my confused stare at my twin. Bianca just shrugged back at me.
Oh so helpful.
"Well, we were on top of the hill-" Ahkari started but Simon interrupted her.
"Doing what?" He asked amused.
Ahkari turned her eyes on him. I've never seen her look so scary. The firey orange that I have seen in my own mates eyes, shined in Ahkari's. Aciaisa's eyes never scared me though, not like her twins. Glad I was not on the receiving end of that look. "Each other obviously." Ahkari stated angrily making Acaisia and I snicker.
Ahkari rolled her eyes and turned back to us.
"Anyways." She said dramatically. "We were rolling around in the grass on the very top of hill and I hit my head on the sky."
"The sky?" I asked interrupting her.
Ahkari growled at me.
"Maybe if everyone could shut the f**k up and let me finish." She narrowed her eyes at Simon and I before finishing. "Yes the sky. When I paid more attention I realized that there was no other side of the hill. When I pressed my hand to the sky I felt it. We are definitely in some sort of painting. That's why the sun never goes down." She stated.
"The sun doesn't go down?" Acaisia asked.
Ahkari shook her head.
"It should be dark out right now. Or early morning at least. The sun is in the same exact spot in the sky as when we got here." She said.
Acaisia puckered her lips as she thought.
"That's too weird. Paintings hang somewhere and only when someone spells it and you get close enough will it s**k you in. This place has a portal." My mate said.
"I know. It almost seems like someone is trying to make this painting a reality and hiding it from everyone else." Ahkari said.
"Why?" I asked.
"If I had to guess it probably has something to do with that tree." Acaisia mumbled. "Whoever is behind this had to have known that someone would go into that cave." She said.
"That's why those things were there." Bianca commented as we all starting piecing things together. "To stop anyone from entering."
"Still. They had to have known that someone would get through." Simon said.
"I don't know." Acaisia said still lost in thought.
"Acaisia and I were struggling to get through. She died the first time and we only got through the second time because of Bou. Obviously those.... things can't pass that barrier. Whoever put them there probably thought they would kill everything in their path." Ahkari said.
"That still doesn't make much sense." Acaisia said. "Sure we had trouble but we are two out of 12 and that is just our siblings. Not even our parents or Pops or Max or our cousins. If we would have came back with just two more of our siblings we could have gotten through." My mate finished.
"What are you saying?" Ahkari asked her twin. "That you think whoever is behind this doesn't know we exist?"
Acaisia looked up to meet her twins eyes and shrugged.
"What if they don't? What if they've been living here, secluded for years before starting this...plan I guess. That freaky tree is draining the Fae forest." Acaisia said pointing towards the front of the castle.
"It just stared a few months ago at the earliest. What if whoever this is doesn't know how powerful supernaturals are becoming? It wouldn't be too uncommon. There are still packs who don't know about us and other supernaturals in other realms don't always know we exist. Tia and Ryce are working on getting people on our side as we speak." My mate was obviously thinking a mile a minute.
I was equally impressed and proud at how quickly she pieced things together. Acaisia is much smarter than she seems. How f*****g hot.
"You have a very good point." Simon told her. "I think we should investigate that tree some more. Take a few samples, then I think we should teleport back to Tia and let her know what we have learned." He said.
"So what exactly do you want us to do?" Ahkari asked him.
"I want the two of you to stay here and see if you can find any secret passages in this castle. There has to be some sort of clue as to who is behind this or what their full plan is." He told her.
Ahkari nodded to him once before dragging my sister away. I have a hard time believing my twin is going to be able to keep her hands off of her mate long enough for them to search.
"You two go inspect the lands. I want you to walk the edge of area and verify that there are no other openings in the paintings." He told us.
"And what are you going to do?" Acaisia asked him.
"I'm going to get a feel for that f*****g tree. I can take a few samples from all different parts of it. It will take me a while I'm sure since it's so huge. If I don't organize the samples I take not only will my mate angry with me but so will those new scary scientists. And you know they all will want plenty of samples." Simon told her making Acaisia giggle.
"You know that Azai is mated to their children right?" Acaisia asked him with her eyebrow raised.
Simon rolled his eyes.
"Of course your brother would be mated to the children of some of the most fierce creautres I have met." He grumbled as he walked out.
Acaisia looked up at me still snickering as Simon left.
"A creature out there that Simon is scared of? Now I gotta know what they are." I asked her amused.
"They're Fury's." She told me.
"Fury's?" I ask her confused.
My mate giggles at me making me smile.
"They come from the Fae realm but they are very rare. Even here. The fact that we found them in the human realm was a gift from the Gods. Getting them to work with us was much harder but the two women love Tia. They love her...monotone, yet boss b***h attitude." She said giggling.
"They are fairy like creatures with attitudes from Hell. They usually do not communicate with others outside of their own species. But they are angry little Fae. They have an intense fire power though. Like piss them off enough and everything around them will melt. Should have seen the s**t show it was when Azai tried to claim their children in front of them." She snorted.
"Wow." Was all I could manage.
"How did Tia find them?" I asked.
"She didn't. One of the teams she sent out on a mission in North Dakota found them. When they reported back to Tia their suspicions, her and Max set out. They were only gone for a few days and it didn't seem like it went well. Until they came to Mate Week and told us they wanted to have a peace treaty." She told me.
"Hmm." I hummed out. "You guys have powerful allies everywhere don't you?" I teased her as I wrapped my arms around her.
Acaisia wrapped her arms around my neck and sighed dramatically.
"Powerful mates too." She said as I picked her up.
My mate wrapped her legs around me, and I started to walk us back up the steps to our room.
"I'm not that powerful." I told her.
Acaisia scoffed at me.
"s*x Demons are some of the most powerful demons. That's why they're so rare." She told me.
I looked down at her.
"Really?" I asked.
Bianca and I didn't seem that powerful. We are strong and fast but we get our asses kicked daily at headquarters.
My mate nodded.
"You guys have the ability to suck the life out of multiple people at one time if you're close enough. It makes you insanely strong to do that too. At least that's what I hear. Simon is probably a higher level than you guys are though." She said as she rested her chin on my shoulder. "Huh." I chose to ignore the comment about the dillhole.
I guess the rarity of mine and Bianca's existence explains why we could never find out a whole lot of information about what we are. "Acaisia."
"Hmm?" She hummed in response.
"How do you know so much about s*x Demons? Is it because you are a princess of Hell? You said you've never met one before right?" I asked her.
Acaisia leaned back to look at my face.
"Never met one until you. Actually the fact that I'm a princess isn't how I know a bit about them, though I'm sure Pops could tell us everything we need to know. I know what I do know because of the archives at the school." She told me.
I stopped walking and gawked down at her.
"You have information about my kind at home?" I asked her.
Acaisia gave me a breathtaking smile and nodded to me.
"If I would have known you didn't know so much before we left I would have taken you down there."
Would she of though?
I stared at her a few moments with my mouth hanging open.
"Do you want to check it out when we get back home?" She asked smiling brightly still.
Clearing my throat I started to walk again.
"Yes I do."
