AMELIA:

NEXT DAY.

I woke up to find out that Dexter wasn’t in the room but he had left a message for me,

"Get ready, Amelia. Daniel will be your escort, and I’ll be waiting for you." I read the message and smiled while placing the piece of paper close to my chest,

A few minutes later, I rose to my feet and headed towards the bathroom. As soon as I was done dressing, I found the package that Dexter had given me days ago and I smiled,

Staring at the dress now, I could see the beauty in it,

A knock was rasped on my door and I hurried to open it, "Clara," I called and hugged her tightly.

She had been away from the pack since yesterday and I missed her,

"Hi, Amelia, it’s been only one day, and you miss me this much?" she muttered, and I nodded my head before breaking the hug.

Clara stepped into my room and a few minutes later, I was done dressing. She had helped me too. I stood in front of the mirror staring at myself and how incredibly beautiful I was,

I let out a small smile as I placed my palm on my waist. My hair was parked in a ponytail style and my lips shining red,

"I see what Dexter must have seen in you, Amelia. You’re incredibly beautiful, just like our mother was." She muttered behind me and I turned around to face her,

She smiled at him but I knew there was a little hurt in her from remembering her mother so I chose not to ask any questions even though I was so curious,

"Thank you," I responded,

"Come on, you’re going to rock it and show them who’s boss."

I giggled at her,

"Do you have a date coming with you for the party?" I questioned, but instead, Clara smiled at me, her cheeks slightly burning red,

"What’s wrong? Is there someone?"

"No! There’s absolutely no one. Now it’s time to go. The Luna cannot be late," She uttered and as soon as I grabbed my bag, I began to head out of the room,

I got outside the mansion and met Daniel waiting for me beside the limousine and I let out a small smile,

"Luna." He called as he lowered his head to greet him and I greeted him back, "I’ll take you there myself." He uttered but as I approached the car, Scarlett came rushing towards me,

"I’m coming in that car too." She yelled from behind, but as she moved closer to the limo, Daniel stepped forward, blocking her way to the entrance,

"I’m sorry, but you can’t." He muttered and as I got into the car, I let out a chuckle, "What? Are you insane? Step away from the car this fucking minutes." She yelled at him but he didn’t move a muscle,

"It’s the Alpha’s instructions. Only Luna Amelia is allowed to use this car."

I widened my eyes and watched Scarlett do the same and I let out a satisfying breath

Daniel turned towards me and shut the door immediately. A few minutes later, he got into the car, ignited the engine, and drove away. I had never felt this much happiness before and it was all because of Dexter. I really couldn’t believe he was doing this for me,

"Why does this mean so much to the Alpha?" I questioned, ending the long silence in the car as I tucked my phone out of my pocket,
