Shaid’s POV:

“s**t speed up I can hear them getting closer. I swear I will kill you both if we are caught. “We have been walking from a while. We haven’t made it to my master yet because the clone was in so much pain and needed to stop and throw up and the pregnant she wolf needed to pee every few minutes. There is no way a pup makes you pee like you drunk a gallon of water. “We’re going as fast as we can not everyone is as fit as you are.” The pregnant she wolf replied. “I’m carrying the human and still walking faster then you two now get it together and move before they caught up to us.” I said, starting to run the howls are getting to close for comfort if they got caught then it will be their own fault and the master wouldn’t be angry because she still had the human. Reaching out to her master. To let her know she was getting closer, and the wolves are closing in on them.

Master POV:

“Everyone! Get into position we may have company tailing the asset. We need to make sure we get the human through the portal. I’ll take out the alpha first then his beta. The asset will handle the the commander because he think she’s his mate, so he want hurt. Grab the pup they wouldn’t want to do anything to hurt him, so we need to make sure the pup is front and center. I need two warriors hidden behind those trees make sure you have not scented us the potion of clock yourself, so they won’t see you until it’s too late attack them from the back on my command. I you can take the other human women alive then take them I have someone still in the pack house to get the pups. Their strongest warriors are going to be here so getting the pups will be easy. “ I said with a smile on my face. Everything is coming together nicely. Now I just have to wait for the alpha to come and try to play hero. “You betrayed me like this we had a deal. I gave you the Intel you needed without me you would know nothing.” Alpha Zane said from behind me. I turned to him with a smirk on my face. “I didn’t betray you; You seem to not know your place. You can still have those humans once I am done with them you allowed your emotions for that pup to make you weak and I can’t allow emotions to get in the way of my plans I have been planning this for decades, so understand I will not only kill you, but I will kill that little pup over there if it will ensure I win this battle. So, if you need to get with the program or you can die right along with them those filter wolves.” I said angrily breathing hard trying not to let her anger make her lose focus. Everything has to go as planned. Opening her mind, she reached onto her best warriors she sent to retrieve the twins. “Have you located the pups, yet we are about to encounter the alpha and his pack, so you need to get the pups out of the pack now we have no more time to waste. Don’t screw this up the clocking spell will soon wear off. “Master, We just entered the pack we had to take out a few guards that was left behind. They still had more guards then you expected. New of the guards we questioned said that the pups aren’t in the safe house where the other wolves. But refuse to tell us where they are being held so we have to check each house.” The warriors responded. “Damn it Where the hell could they have hidden those damn pups. I thought they would be with the women and children.” I said aloud to myself as I paced. “You really think that an Alpha would put his heirs with lowly wolves.” Alpha Zane said, chuckling smugly. I marched over to him with my powers dancing on my fingers. Any other shifter would be fearing her when she showed her power. But the stupid alpha showed no fear. Which infuriated me even more. “Witch you don’t scare me I have faced death ever since my son was killed I no longer fear death so if you want to scare me you will have to do better then that. But I to answer the question you are dying to know I will tell you where those pups are if you give me my grand pup.” He said defiantly. “How about I kill the pup if you don’t tell me where they are?” I countered. “You could but that would mean you will not get the information you need to get those pups because I will have nothing left to lose now will I? So, what will it be give me my grand pup and I will tell you where the twin pups are located. “ He asked crossing his arms over his chest. I turned and nodded to my mage to let the pup go. Which the pup ran towards the alpha and the alpha immediately put the pup on his back to protect him and in case he had o shift and make a run for it the pup will already be on his back. “The pups are more then likely with the old alpha and Luna their safe house which is more then likely in the basement of their house. It is probably heavily guarded as well. That is what I would do if I was attacked.” The alpha aid shrugging his shoulder. “I opened my mind again. The twins are in the old Alpha and Luna house in the basement. They are heavily guarded use the blue vials that will take out the guards immediately and don’t breathe for 20 second exactly before you enter the basement. Don’t hurt the previous Alpha that is a command do not hurt him he will not attack if you have the Luna so grab her first if he makes a move you kill her immediately and use the dart gun on him if you kill the Luna b***h. Once you do that bring him and the twins to me. Do you understand?” I asked the warriors. “Yes master! “ They said in unison. My heart began to race with excitement at the thought of being with my love again. I’m finally going to get everything that was taken from me. I may even keep the pups s me and my mate can raise them as our own. I thought as a smile formed on my lips as the thought of getting everything I deserve once and for all.

The Alpha and Luna’s safe house:

“We should be with the kids. What if Urrale is here? They will need us to fight her. They will not be able to fight her she is too powerful for them to defeat on their own.” Lateri said. Pacing back and forth with Tru in her hand cooing not knowing the danger they may be in. “Calm down mate, our son is strong and remember we both trained him you made sure you trained him as well he is a strong and powerful alpha he is the strongest alpha in this country and that’s because of us.” Atoni said, coming to hug his mate. She sighed because her mate is right. Their son was a strong alpha, and he was smart they made sure that he was at the top of his game before Atoni stepped down. “You’re right our son is strong and smart he can handle this. We just need to make sure his pups are safe, so he doesn’t have to worry about them.” Lateri said, as she held Tru close and kissed the top of her head and then turn and kissed the top of Teri head as well. They were feeding the twins when they heard a thug then the knob on the safe house electronic lock clicked to green indicated that one of the guards was opening maybe coming to tell them they were safe to leave. They breathed a sigh of relief that quickly turned to anger when the men that entered wasn’t their guards. As the door opened wide they saw their top five warriors were on the floor they must have been poisoned. That could be the only explanation. They both ran into the bedroom and locked themselves in. Atoni handing the pup to his mate. “That door will not hold them long, so I will distract them, and you run as fast as you can and go to the secondary safe house and lock yourself in.” He said kissing his mate. “No, I will not leave you this has to stop now. No one will harm my family anymore. I know you don’t agree with what I’m about to do. But I can’t allow anyone else to be hurt when I can help. My family is in danger, and I will protect them all as I should have done. She placed the girls in their crib and before turned to face the intruders that tore through the door. Her eyes began to glow Atoni shifted immediately and attacked. She heard the pups cry out and she glanced back to see a new warrior who just appeared out of nowhere at the pups crib her not knowing it was another one of the witches potions that creates a fake illusion of another warriors. she was getting ready to attack the warrior who dare to touch her grand pups, but turning towards the new intruders was a mistake, because the warrior behind her took that opportunity to rush over and snapped her neck. The last thing she heard was her mate cry out, and then there was nothing. She has failed. She has failed her family.
