Celeste woke up to an empty bed, the sheets carefully tucked beneath her chin… The first thing her mind ran on was Xavier…

She didn’t know how he felt, but according to his reaction, he didn’t feel good. This was the very first time he had gotten angry at her and she didn’t like it. She had provoked him in the most annoying ways and he’d just laugh, she’d punch his abdomen during training just because she knew he would never hit her back and sometimes she’d talk and talk and talk and yet he’d sit and listen…

This time though, it seems he couldn’t hold in it. It was his first time touching her intimately and she went ahead a m****d Zillon name…

He must’ve felt like her, insufficient…but Celeste had told him that she wasn’t ready, she told him that she…

Celeste gripped the sheets, her eyes stuck on the roof. But why wasn’t she ready? Because of Zillon?

Why was it that even though that man had destroyed her past, he was still messing with her future?

Like a candy, he had picked her up off the shelf, then threw her in the bin after taking or rather eating away what he wanted and now that someone had picked her up again, she couldn’t afford to let him even take a bite…

Perhaps she was still having trust issues. But why would she be having trust issues when there was nothing about Xavier that she couldn’t trust? He was honest and kind, he was a man like no other.

He owned up to his wrongs and comforted her even when he had no reason too. Throughout these months, he had spoiled her like a brat, anything she wanted, he’d get it and she honestly didn’t know where his money came from.

But right now, that wasn’t important…what was important was apologizing to Xavier and getting him to actually forgive her. If Zillon had called Celia’s name while touching her, she’d be devastated, so she understood where he was coming from…

She’d solve this issue though…she’d get him to look at her again.

Rolling out of bed, Celeste brushed her teeth and took a shower, then hauled back on one of Xavier’s shirt. She then walked out of his room in search of him.

She asked some of his pack members and when she asked Gabriel, he told her that he thought she was with him…

Celeste was confused as to where he went and when she finally realized that wouldn’t find him, she went straight to the training grounds, weakly and distractedly punching at the dummies that were there.

She wondered if this would continue, would he just not come back until he felt the need to? Did he not care about her?

Sliding down to take a seat on the ground, Celeste sighed. She hated this, she missed him too. At this point of the day, she’d be running away just so he wouldn’t catch her and before she knew it, he would…

Or perhaps they’d both be here on the training grounds; Xavier behind her, monitoring her punches…she always wanted to go to rougher side of the training grounds, but Xavier wouldn’t let her, his temperamental excuse was that she wasn’t ready…

He’d point at her stance even when nothing was wrong with it and tell her to fix it and sometimes he’d say her punches weren’t in sync.

She knew he was lying, but it was probably for the best. On that side, people trained in their wolf form, they battled against each other and whoever lost had to run around the lands 15 times and the land was big.

Celeste couldn’t do that, she couldn’t even run around it once and she was sure she’d lose if she tried to battle in her wolf form because she wasn’t experience.

But maybe if someone taught her beforehand, she’d be able to do it, but as for now, she was tasked with teaching herself.

Getting up off the floor and dusting off her butt, she continued to hit the wooden dummy until she got tired of it. She was a fighter and yet she couldn’t even fight for what she wanted.

She wanted Xavier and yet Zillon was always in the way. There were always thoughts of him that’d popped up out of nowhere, especially when Xavier was around.

Those thoughts would bestow upon her a need to distant herself away from him and it was all because of how possessive Zillon was. But then again, he was so possessive of something he didn’t even want.

He promised forever, promised her a future as his Luna and took it all back for someone who was fake, someone who kept fooling him. If it weren’t for her, Celia would not have had a chance to even approach Zillon.

She had lied, she had told him that she remembered him from that cave, that she had finally pulled through her problems when in truth, she wasn’t the little girl in the cave and she wasn’t the one who felt unwanted…she was just the one who watched and listened to their interaction from afar.

How could Zillon not notice that when she was so popular in school?

She had so many friends amd ex-boyfriends.

And how could he not have noticed when their scents were similar but different?

Celeste hated him, with everything in her she wanted to push him out of her thoughts and rip him out of her heart. She wanted to forget, to only think of Xavier, but it seems even that was impossible…for last night when Xavier touched her, she could only imagine that it was Zillon.

Celeste slapped at her forehead as she walk towards her room. She was stupid, stupid enough to crave a person who probably didn’t give a sh*t about her…

In time she’d stop though, Xavier had been the one to tell her so.

She wouldn’t love Zillon anymore, especially if Xavier found it in his pure heart to forgive her.

A/N// So this happened, Xavier is gone to who knows where…I mean not even the authors knows where he is…how could he just walk out of my book and just not tell me…

Either way, Celeste’s being a brat again, she thinks she can forget Zillon, can she?
