To Thalassa's surprise, Lysander, who was typically domineering and decisive, was actually asking for her opinion. This was a change from his usual manner, where he'd make decisions for her without any room for discussion.

Caught slightly off guard, Thalassa met Lysander's deep eyes; he was still waiting for her response.

"Let's head to Royal Estates," Thalassa said softly.

She was missing the kids.

Today was Saturday, and the little ones were off school, but Evelyn had to work overtime. Evelyn usually had just one day off a week, on Sundays.

Thalassa had called Evelyn the night before to let her know she was at Royal Estates.

Besides, returning to Star Harbor Villa wouldn't make sense; it was empty at the moment.

Hearing Thalassa's decision to go back to Royal Estates, a subtle shift flickered in Lysander's gaze. His voice, low and magnetic, confirmed, "Alright."

She had started to see Royal Estates as a second home, and knowing this seemed to please him more than the completion of a multi-million-dollar deal.

Soon, the car pulled up in the driveway of Royal Estates.

Eager to avoid being carried by Lysander again, Thalassa quickly opened the car door and stepped out. She just choked on the smoke last night and had no problem walking at all.

As she made her way to the entrance, the cheerful, youthful voices of children reached her ears.

She paused, turning towards the sound, and saw four little figures chasing each other around an airplane, thoroughly engrossed in their game.

The plane was sleek with a rounded nose, painted in blue and white.

Thalassa recognized that plane; it was the same private plane Lysander had used to bring her and the kids back from Weston Country.

After that plane had landed at the Royal Estates airstrip, it had never left.

Dorian had cheekily expressed a wish for a plane to play with, and to Thalassa's amazement, Lysander had agreed.

So, had a real private plane become a toy for the children?

Only someone with Lysander's boldness and wealth could pull off such a stunt.

Seeing the children's diminutive forms, Thalassa quickened her pace to join them.

Only as she got closer did she see Dorian and Atticus playing tag around the plane, while Elowen and Sophia were busy decorating the plane's surface with colorful markers.

The four little ones were having the time of their lives.

Hearing their joyful laughter, Thalassa felt her heart lighten.

In a tender voice, she called out, "Sweethearts, what are you playing?"

Upon hearing the familiar and dearly missed voice, eight little eyes filled with hope and anticipation turned towards her. Four pairs of starry eyes, initially stunned, suddenly sparkled with recognition. Dorian and Atticus stopped their chase and started running towards her with their little legs moving as fast as they could.

"Mommy!"

"Mommy!"

The kids called out excitedly as they ran.

"Mommy, waaa, Mommy!" Elowen also dropped her markers, her round little body rolling towards Thalassa like a bouncy ball.

Sophia took a moment longer to register what was happening. As her siblings nearly reached Thalassa, she finally snapped out of her daze, dropped her markers, and dashed towards Thalassa. "Mommy!"
