The CEO Wants To Divorce Me -
Chapter 125
After hearing Arabella's words, Rosie Graham felt a sense of joy.
The fact that Arabella was in love with another man meant that she had one less strong competitor, which certainly increased her chances of winning Ezra's heart.
In her excitement, Rosie Graham made plans to inquire about the identity of the man who had made Arabella Ruth fall in love.
"Miss. Ruth, you are so beautiful and have your own career, the man who can make you fall in love must be very good too, right?"
Rosie Graham's excuse for asking for information was so poor that how could Arabella not recognize her prying?
Even if Arabella didn't say it, Rosie Graham could still inquire by herself.
Noah Hall wasn't a secret, and Arabella didn't care how Rosie Graham wanted Ezra, but if Rosie Graham didn't know any better, and she wanted Noah Hall, she would make Rosie Graham's life a living hell. Arabella's tone was cold as she changed the subject, "It's your first day at work, get familiar with the environment first, I have to go out to work, so you don't have to be responsible for breakfast today."
She turned and walked to the door, then suddenly stopped and gazed sideways at Rosie Graham, saying in a warning tone.
"Rosie Graham, although we are working together now, let me remind you that it is best not to pry into things you should not pry into, too much curiosity is not a good thing."
Rosie Graham's face turned white and she watched Arabella leave with hatred.
Rosie Graham was left alone in the guest room, and she could no longer control herself, sweeping items off the table to vent her anger.
"Arabella, I won't let you get too far ahead of yourself!" Rosie Graham clenched her fists, her eyes red with anger.
Although Rosie Graham had been granted the right to stay because of Arabella's "plea," she was not in a good position to do so, and she only briefly vented her frustration and immediately and sagely cleaned up the mess in the guest room. The two rooms were connected, and as Arabella listened to the sound of things being dropped from the opposite room, her lips curled up in a sneer as she slowly and methodically changed her clothes.
She then spent ten minutes printing off her preferences and habits.
Arabella knocked on Rosie Graham's door, and the person inside quickly opened it.
The joy in Rosie Graham's eyes faded when she saw that it was Arabella at the door, and she said politely, "Miss. Ruth, is there anything else?"
Arabella ignored the disappointment in her eyes and slipped the information into her arms, "My preferences are all printed on there, you better write them all down, I look forward to your performance later."
Rosie Graham gave it a few quick glances, and by the time she snapped out of her surprise, Arabella had already turned around and headed downstairs.
She closed the door behind her and went off to study with her heart.
Ezra waited patiently in the living room for Arabella to come down, this was his home, no matter how bold Rosie Graham was, she wouldn't dare to bully Arabella, he was worried about finding a reason to kick Rosie Graham out of the villa. "Arabella, is everything arranged?" Ezra's eyes shone when he saw Arabella.
"For daily convenience, I let Miss Graham live next door to me, is that okay?" Arabella deliberately tested Ezra.
Ezra was not concerned and said, "It's okay, don't say that. I'll send someone over what you want for breakfast."
Ezra's good mood was almost ruined by Rosie Graham's fuss early in the morning, but fortunately things didn't turn out as bad as he thought.
Arabella shook her head, "It's too late, I'm in a hurry to get to a meeting at the office."
Ezra hurriedly said, "I'll give you a lift, I happen to be going to the company to deal with some urgent issues, on my way."
Arabella nodded, "Sure, but you are not well enough. Let the driver do the driving."
"Hmm." Ezra instructed the driver to bring the car over.
Rosie Graham looked at the limousine that drove out of sight and her heart rolled with jealousy.
Arabella's brand company was initially set up, and in order to make the company gain a firm foothold in the domestic market as soon as possible, Arabella went out every now and then, not only to seek cooperation, but also to various wine boards and banquets. Arabella was not at home, Ezra would not come back to live.
Rosie Graham knew it well, knew that Ezra did not want to have too much contact with her, but still could not quench Rosie Graham's passionate love for him, she sat alone in the living room every day, often all night long.
Occasionally, when Ezra came home, they failed to say a word, and Ezra changed his clothes and rushed out.
In the midst of her busy schedule, Arabella, as usual, did not relax her covert surveillance of Ezra and Rosie Graham, and Arabella knew everything about their movements.
Ezra made a promise to be good to Arabella, and he wasn't just saying that.
With Ezra's help, Arabella's brand of jewelry, "SECRET", quickly became one of the country's newest brands.
Arabella and Ezra were busy at work, but they made time to date, but never crossed the line in an intimate way.
During this period, Arabella and Noah Hall never broke contact, even more frequently than before, and Arabella did not deliberately avoid Ezra.
"How have you been doing lately? I see you've been so busy these days that I don't dare to disturb you." Noah Hall's words were full of intense concern.
Arabella stood in front of the floor-to-ceiling window of her office with her coffee, looking out at the distant scenery, and said lightly, "Everything is fine, and you?"
"Me too." Noah Hall said, "Emma and Nick's engagement ceremony is in a few days, will you accompany me as a date?"
Arabella laughed, "Of course, we have a deal, are you going to back out?"
Noah Hall's magnetic and pleasant voice reached Arabella's ears, tingling and making her heart itch and burn, "No, I'll pick you up then."
"Okay, see you in a few days." Arabella didn't have time to hang up before the door to her office was roughly pushed open from the outside and Ezra walked in with a grim face and big strides.
Noah Hall heard the loud noise and said with concern, "Arabella, what's wrong?"
"Nothing, I accidentally dropped something, I have work to take care of, I'll hang up now." Arabella finished speaking and quickly ended the call.
Ezra took a deep breath and suppressed the anger in his heart, he questioned Arabella in a cold voice, "Who are you talking to on the phone?"
He passed by Arabella's company and wanted to come up and surprise her, not expecting to hear Arabella gently talking to someone on the phone outside the door, and they met in private behind his back.
They were both busy with work these days, and away from each other a lot. Ezra obviously felt left out, and his mood was already bad, almost exploding at the slightest point.
Arabella's expression was bland, even a little cold, "Ezra, please watch your attitude, who I call and who I want to meet with is my freedom, we agreed in the beginning that we would not interfere with each other's personal life."
"It was Noah Hall, wasn't it?" Ezra grabbed her shoulders hard, his sullen eyes seemed to swallow her. "Speak!"
Arabella's shoulders seemed to be crushed by Ezra, and she winced and said painfully, "Let go!"
