Among the category of clear jadeite, the best quality of them would be referred to as ice–clear jadeite.

Though jadeites came in different colors, it was extremely rare for top–quality jadeite to contain other colors and with each color it contained, its value would skyrocket.

“How could this be?” Andy paled.

He thought that a low–end rock would only contain a small piece of jadeite on the surface at best like the third rock he selected. To his bewilderment, not only did it contain top–quality jadeite, its value was

multiplied by the shade of red found inside.

If the shade of red continued to appear in the cutting that followed, the jadeite’s value would continue to drop and would eventually be worth the same amount as the flower–green he had.
