After Leon’s advice just now, he thought that the Black Gorilla probably activated the mechanism within the carving with some method of deception to set up the scam!

“There’s no way it’s fake! Brat, if you keep on with your nonsense, don’t blame me for being rude!” Seth said coldly.

“It’s not nonsense. If you don’t believe me, you can try absorbing the energy within the jade. Then, you’ll be able to see if it’s real or not,” Leon said calmly.

“Alright, I’ll do it then! If this treasure isn’t a fake, I’ll make sure to beat your mouth rotten today so you pay the price for your hubris!” Seth had a sharp glint in his eyes.

Raphael was his mortal energy. He wanted to get rid of Raphael, but Raphael had the support of the Thompsons, so he had no way to do anything to Raphael without a reason!

However, the chance was there. Leon was someone Raphael brought over. If he could teach Leon a lesson, he would be able to completely embarrass Raphael!
