"That's the end of the discussion. Hugo, show our guests the way out! Mister Wolf has come a long way, so send him to the best hotel to rest! As for this collaboration, allow me some more time to consider!" Caleb said.

Though he was not pleased with the terms Leon offered, with his experience, he could tell that the Morrisons would surely benefit from working with Cynthion Group. Hence, he did not turn the deal down.

He intended to get Hugo to settle Leon down and leave Leon hanging for a few days.

Once Leon started to feel nervous or became willing to make compromises, Caleb could agree to work with Cynthion Group.

That way, the Morrisons could remain in control and keep Cynthion Group at bay to fight for the most profit.

"Well, alright, then." Rendered helpless, Hugo could only give up.

"It's fine! Thank you for your kind offering, Elder Morrison! I will find my place to stay, so I won't trouble the Morrisons with that," Leon said, before turning to leave.

"Mister Wolf, please wait!" Seeing as Leon was leaving, Hugo hurried after him.

After leaving the hall, Hugo walked alongside Leon through the yard and toward the gate.

"Mister Wolf, please forgive them. My uncle and the others offended you and I beg your forgiveness." Hugo smiled apologetically and apologized for his family's rudeness.

"It's not a big deal! We just have different stances. It's understandable!" Leon smiled.

After experiencing all the crises in Springfield City and the southern region, Leon matured as an entrepreneur, so he could tell what Caleb and the others were thinking.

They held their connections as leverage and tried to fight for more profit, which was normal. Hence, Leon did not take it personally.

However, the Morrisons' arrogance and their ways of looking down on Cynthion Group did enrage Leon.

Since they looked down on Cynthion Group and showed no eagerness to cooperate, Leon saw no point in begging for their help, as that went against his character.

He decided to abandon this deal with the Morrisons and search for another family to work with.

"Mister Morrison, let's set the collaboration aside for now! You must have put a lot of time and effort into searching for those herbs I needed. If you're okay with it, Cynthion Group can purchase those herbs at a price higher than market value, so your effort won't be in vain," Leon said thoughtfully.

Though he disliked Caleb and the others, he had a great impression of Hugo, who was always polite.

After all the effort Hugo put into collecting herbs Cynthion Group desperately needed, Leon was more than willing to purchase those herbs at a high price to show his gratitude.
