Jane’s point of view.

What kills a werewolf the most is having a wolf and she dies. Being woofless is better than having a dead one.

I was still grieving my loss. I lock myself in my room without allowing anyone to see me. Amber is gone. My wolf is gone. I was happy I had a wolf to call mine. She’s my partner and my everything. I kept talking to her, but I got no response from her.

“Amber, are you there? No responds.

This is my 100th time talking to her, and I’m hoping she’s gonna reply to me.

I was shocked by what I just hear from them. They knew who my mate is and yet they still offered to help me. They know he’s the king. He’s a powerful being.

“Thank you,” I whisper. I appreciate your help, but I think it’s better to kill him myself. I don’t want to involve my friends and my loved ones. I could go crazy beyond repair if I lose any of you. I’m sorry. I can’t allow you guys to fight him.

I’m speechless. They know they might not survive when facing him in a fight, but they still choose to help me. This is genuine love. The love and care is real.

They talk and tell jokes. They try to make me happy and feel good. They stay with me all day, chatting and playing.

The next morning, I woke up to find them asleep beside me. They look so cute. I need to get myself together to go train. I stand up quietly beside my sleeping buddies. I begin to strip to go take my bath. I was still bathing when I hear their voices.

“Where are you, Jane? They ask.

“I’m in here. I’m having my bath”, I answer. I relax in the cold shower. I feel a little good. when I’m done bathing. I walk into my room only to find them stripping themselves.

“What the hell are you doing? I scream in stupefaction. “Why are you stripping down to nothing?

“Why? We are thinking of having our bath here”, they respond.

“Oh, I see. And what about your clothes? Are you still gonna put this on again?

“Ah, no. We already mind-linked the maid to bring our clothes here”, they murmured. You don’t have to worry. We will hang out with you all day today.

“Okay then, we will accompany you there,” Amira smiles. We will watch you train.

I don’t know what else to say. I agree with whatever they say. I understand they are doing it for my good.

We all dress and head to the kitchen. The food is already prepared by the omegas. We took our seats and begin to dig into the food.

“This is so yummy. What do you think about the food, Jane? Amira raised a question.

“I like it. “The food is delicious,” I whisper. She beamed sweetly at me. She’s doing her best to make me smile. We rest a bit after our breakfast before heading to the training domain.

“You can sit here and watch me train”, I tell them, pointing at the little chair beside me.

I forgets about my friends. I start venting my wrath on the punching bag. I hate to admit this, but no matter how I vent my anger, it’s never enough. I need to train harder. I need to be strong. I want to avenge Amber. I need to be stronger to slaughter him. All this glides through my head and mind as I keep punching harder. I had no idea that my hands were already hurting and my b***d was trickling until Amira screams at me.

“Stop it, Jane. What do you think you’re doing? Do you want to kill yourself before you avenge your wolf? She screams.
