Kira ‘Broken Bones’

The Alpha King rages.

The next day.

Life as a maid isn’t easy. It’s not what someone is supposed to wish for. The alpha king made sure he made my life a living hell. From being his rejected ex-mate to being a slave. Kira was never helpful as she joined in bullying me as well. June was my only friend here in his pack. She always helps me with my duties despite having a lot to do herself. She’s a very beautiful girl. She is tall and has long blonde hair. June, she is an omega. She suddenly asks me some questions when we are alone in our room.

I smile at her. She’s starting to understand me..

“Let’s have some rest. “We have a lot of work to do tomorrow,” she said. We should get some rest.

I can hear her snore. I was staring at the ceiling. My wonderful life suddenly crashed. All thanks to the mighty alpha king.

“Amber!” I tried calling her. We hardly chat, because she is still in a weak state. I can’t bear to have a long conversation with her. She rarely talks to me because she is always sleeping. And anytime my wolf talks to me, she always talks about that wolf. I’m so pissed at the alpha king and I want nothing to do with his damn wolf either. No matter how kind he treats my wolf, I still won’t accept him. I’ll never accept him or his human form. They both should go to hell.

Amber’s weak voice sounded, “I’m here, Jane.” How are you? Is he torturing you again? I can feel the worry in her voice. Despite being sick. She is still worried about me.

“I’m good. You should take good care of yourself, woffy, I stated. ” I’m worried about you, but I know you will be fine.

“Yes, I’ll be fine,” she muttered. I need to go.

The alpha king must have forgotten me here. I am glad he stopped injecting me with his weird stuff. The head maid is a thorn in the flesh. She’s the definition of a witch.

“Hey, wake up, Jane. June shakes my body. “You don’t want to be late. We must not get on Kira’s bad side, or else our life will become a living hell, and I’m sure you won’t want that.

I stirred. “Stop shaking me. I’m already awake, ” I let out.”

Last night was horrible. I couldn’t sleep. I keep staring at the ceiling. Sleep could not come. I was just starting to sleep when June woke me up. It’s already morning.

“Let’s have our bath before we head out,” she said as she began to strip herself.

“Why are you just coming now? The head maid yelled immediately when she spotted us.

“We are sorry, ma’am,” we said. Kira kept yelling at us. Did she not sleep? The nagging is f*****g too much. We are not even late, and yet she screams at us.

“No breakfast for you both,” she g*****d. “Now go do your work. We were about to leave her sight when she called me back.

“Come back here, Jane! You are to clean the alpha king’s bedroom today.

“Whatt!!!” I howl. What did you just say, Kira?

Is she doing it intentionally, or did the alpha king ask me to clean his room? There is no doubt that I will not be meeting him during my cleaning. What should I do in this situation? I don’t want to see that ugly face.

“I’m going to teach you some unforgettable lessons. This will serve as a lesson to others who are planning to disrespect me. I smirk and watch her steps. Isn’t she digging her own grave? Did she think I’m easy to bully? Did she think my calling her ma’am makes her superior to me? Before she could attack me. I grab her hand before twisting it behind her back. I growl at her, baring my teeth. “How dare you attack me? You think you’re something because I respect you.

She screams as I twist it more. I’m not letting her go. She began to cry and beg me. She left her ego aside. She cries and begs in front of the other maids.

“Jane, can you let her go? June said. Amber looked at her. My wolf is on the surface. She doesn’t recognize her.

“And who are you? She asked. Who are you to tell me to let her go?

“Ahhh!!” I hear June’s scared voice. Her legs tremble. She scared her.

“Don’t you recognize me again, Jane? She inquired, “I’m your friend, June.”

“June!” she called. “I don’t have a friend that is called June.” Who are you?

“Calm down, Amber, she is our friend. “I met her here, and she’s the only one who’s been nice to me here,” I say quietly.You must not hurt her.

She ignores her and keeps fighting with the head maid. Amber made sure she broke all her bones.

“What the hell is happening here? I hear a loud, powerful growl. It belongs to the alpha king. Amber never stops hitting her, even when the king orders her to stop.

“What do you think you are doing? He g*****d, dragging her away on top of her. She was mercilessly beaten.

Amber stared at the crying June, who was pleading with the king for my sake. She thought I walked in here to work as a slave, not knowing the Alpha King forced me to be his maid.

She flinched at his words. She became scared. I can’t blame her. She is an omega, and she still begs the almighty alpha king to pardon me. What a loyal friend I have.
