Lyla was at a loss for words all of a sudden. She had no idea what to say.

"Be good and go home."

Sean's words seemed to carry a kind of magic. It was impossible to resist.

Lyla nodded obediently and walked stiffly out of there.

When walking past Sean, Sean took a deep breath and tried to calm his anger.

"Listen to me. Don't ever drink with these bastards again. As a girl, you should protect yourself. I can protect you

once, but not next time. That's all. Goodbye."

Zander barged in with someone.

"Mr. Lennon, I'm here with the men."

To hide his identity, Sean told Zander yesterday to address him as Mr. Lennon when they were outside.

Without looking back, Sean said to the trembling security guards in front of him, "I'm not going to kill you, but

someone will take care of this. That's all."

With that said, he headed for the exit.

The men Zander brought over took care of the scene quickly and Zander followed closely behind Sean.

"Mr. Lennon, the plane is ready to go any time."

"Yeah."

"Commander, I recall an influential family surnamed Lake in Ocean City. Blaze seems to come from that family.

"Could they be..."

Zander spoke carefully and offered his speculation.

Sean and Zander left River City because Blaze sent someone to River City to investigate, so they prepared to lie low

until this blew over.

Blaze's men would not be able to track down Sean and Zander if everything went as it should.

It was possible that they got desperate and went after Willow!

Sean said coldly, "Anyone who lays a hand on Willow will die. The Lake family? Hmph! It's time to have some fun

with them."

"Got it."

Sean was on his way to the airport.

He made a call to Hanson, who was in Janestown.

"I'm leaving Midwich to do some business in Ocean City."

Sean's tone was calm, but only those who knew him well would know there was anger beneath that calm.

"What are you doing there?

"Do you know how hard I worked to get you this opportunity?

"Are you quitting on me?"

Hanson paused for a few seconds, his tone disapproving.

"I have important business to attend to."

Sean frowned slightly as his tone intensified.

"I don't care what your business is. You must stay in

Midwich and finish this."

Hanson spoke in a deep and commanding tone.

"No matter what happens, I have to go.

"Anyone can handle Midwich if they want."

Sean said and prepared to hang up.

"Don't you want to go back?"

Hanson suddenly bellowed into his phone.

"Haha."

Sean responded with a sneer and hung up.

He wanted to return to the army to get revenge and give Willow a satisfactory explanation.

However, how could he sit still now that Willow had been taken?
