"Mr. Charlie, it's too much hassle driving such a long distance," replied Issac quickly. "Plus, it's still snowing here in Osaka. The highways are closed, and sir, I'm afraid that you might still be on the road even after six or seven hours. Why don't you leave the car at Tokyo airport? My subordinate will drive the car back. You will then take a normal flight to Osaka, and we will meet you at the airport. Hopefully, we will be able to save you some time." 2

"Then let's leave tonight," replied Charlie. "No more delays. I will try to arrive at Osaka Airport at seven, and we will meet there. After that, we depart Osaka Airport at eight sharp." 2

"Alright, Mr. Charlie. We shall arrive at Osaka airport before seven and await your arrival," replied Issac without hesitation. 3 "Alright. See you tonight!"

Charlie hung up the call. Nanako then asked, "Charliekun, did something happen?"

Charlie nodded, telling Nanako the gist of the whole situation. 2

After Nanako listened to his story, she replied, "I shall take a look at Charlie's flight tickets now."

She whipped out her phone and began scouring the internet for information on flights. 3

"Charlie-kun, there's a flight at five forty in the evening. Getting to Osaka takes about an hour, and the arrival time is estimated at six-forty in the evening. Is that alright?" 4 Charlie nodded. "The time is just right. Well, book it then."

"Can you please provide me your passport number, Charlie-Kun? I'll book the ticket for you, then send you to the airport in the afternoon!"

The flight was a short distance, and it didn't come up a s too expensive. So, Charlie didn't refuse Nanako's offer. "Thank you, Nanako."

Nanako smiled knowingly. "Charlie-kun don't have to be so polite with me!"

Nanako suddenly remembered something, and she turned to Charlie to ask. "By the way, Charlie-kun, would you like to bring back some gifts for your family? Shopping in Tokyo is fairly convenient, but usually, it gets a little more crowded during the

evenings. If you want to go shopping, perhaps I'll bring you around after lunch? How does that sound?" 10

Charlie pondered on the thought for a bit. He had been out for a few days now, and indeed, he should get his wife some gifts. Not mentioning Elaine, his mother in law, had requested some gifts from him as well. Consequently, Charlie decided to take some time off for some shopping.

Nanako suddenly thought of her father, Ito Yahiko. " Charlie-kun, I'm heading to the hospital at noon to deliver my father's meal. Is it convenient for you to come with me?" 4

Charlie agreed immediately without much thought." Okay. Let's go to the hospital first, and go shopping after that."
