Charlie laughed as he said, "Don't worry. When you get to the top of the hotel, the helicopter doesn't need to go down. You will just need to hover in the sky and wait while Rosalie and I head down by cable. We'll bring Steven and Salem to the roof in about ten minutes. During that time, you can just adjust the rope and pull us up. We will head straight to Albert's dog kennel after that." 4

Seeing that Charlie had arranged everything, Isaac no longer had any remarks to make. He then said firmly," Alright, Young Master. We will wait for you at the top of the hotel."

Charlie turned to Rosalie and said again, "Rosalie, your responsibility is to capture Salem. I will handle Steven."

Rosalie nodded slightly and said respectfully, "Alright, Master Wade!"

Charlie reminded her, "Remember, try not to alarm other people. Let's get this done as quickly as possible, and let's try to make it look as though Steven and Salem just evaporated from this world without a trace." 3

"Yes!"

A minute later.

The helicopter hovered over the roof of the hotel.

Isaac's men immediately threw down two extremely strong nylon ropes from both sides of the helicopter.

After Charlie and Rosalie exchanged glances, each of them grabbed a rope and quickly slid down from the sides of the helicopter.

In the blink of an eye, the two had landed silently on the roof of the hotel.

The duo then quietly made their way to the area above the balcony of Steven and Salem's rooms from the outside of the hotel.

During this time, Salem hadn't had any interest in the fireworks display outside. He was lying on the bed a little anxiously, trying to fall asleep, but due to the jet lag, he wasn't feeling sleepy. 1

In desperation, he had no choice but to drink some alcohol to help boost his sleep.

So, he stood up and prepared to take a bottle of whiskey from the cabinet in the hotel room.

At that very moment, the sound of fireworks exploded again, and he cursed a little irritably, "I don't know which d*mned b*stard it is, setting off fireworks at this time!" 2

As he was muttering, he felt someone pat his shoulder.

Right then and there, Salem was so scared that his

hair stood up.

There was only one person in the room, so why would someone suddenly tap his shoulder? 2

He turned his head subconsciously and caught a glimpse of the person who had tapped his shoulder. His eyes were met with a charming Oskian woman who greeted him with a smile.

This woman was Rosalie.

Salem immediately realized that the person in front of him didn't have good intentions. He panicked and was about to start shouting for help when he felt something hitting hard on his neck, and he passed out instantly.

Meanwhile, Charlie had also made it to Steven's presidential suite.

Steven had just finished taking a bath and was wrapped in a bathrobe with a cigar dangling from his mouth. As he walked out of the bathroom, he was holding onto a mobile phone in which he sent a voice message to Cecelia through WhatsApp: "Baby, how long will it take for you to arrive?"

The other person quickly replied, and the voice sounded extremely charming: "Dear, give me another ten minutes. I have already made it into the city, I will be there soon!"

Steven smiled obscenely as he recorded another reply: "Ask the driver to step on it. If you haven't arrived within ten minutes, when I see you, I am going to spank your butt!" 4

After he had finished speaking, he released his finger, and the voice message was sent.

Just then, he suddenly heard a man laughing as he said, "Mr. Steven, I think you won't be able to hook up with that beautiful woman!"
