That night, after checking all the hardware and equipment at the venue, Dorothy returned to the hotel upon making sure that there were no problems.

When she had just arrived at the room, Dorothy immediately made a video call to Quinn.

When the call was connected, Quinn was wearing her pajamas, and she had a facial mask on as she rested in her bedroom.

She then spoke up and asked Dorothy, "Dorothy, is everything at the venue done?"

Dorothy nodded. "Everything's done. You can rehearse immediately after you arrive tomorrow."

"That's great!" Quinn heaved a sigh of relief, and she had a serious expression on her face as she said, "I've held so many concerts before, but I've never felt as nervous as I do this time. There must be absolutely no mistakes during my concert!" 1

Dorothy then thought of Jaime's matter. So, she said," By the way, Quinn, there is something that I have to report to you."

"Speak up."

Dorothy then said, "This is what happened. Jaime Schulz bribed the executive company to change all

the lighting and sound equipment for the concert."

"What?!" Quinn was immediately very angry as she questioned, "What is his reason for doing so?! What rights does he have to do that?! I want you to hurry up and contact some people to change all of the equipment back for me before the performance no matter what method they have to use to get it done!"

Dorothy hurriedly comforted her, "Quinn, don't be so anxious. The current situation in regards to the equipment is actually like this. Although everything has been replaced as a whole, there is no reduction in the quality or any malicious intent to ruin your performance. On the contrary, Jaime was the one who paid for the rental of the best stage equipment from the United States out of his own pocket."

As she spoke, Dorothy's tone was a

little thrilled as she said excitedly, "Our lighting and sound engineer have already made the joint adjustment, and the effect is indeed amazing! To be honest, I've never seen a concert with such a high configuration before. Even the hardware in Michael Jackson's concert when he was still alive could never reach this level! The stage performance effects will certainly be extremely incredible!

When Quinn heard these words, she was finally relieved, but she could not help but feel more or less uncomfortable.

She said in a depressed and melancholic tone, "This Jaime Schulz is meddling too much! This is a concert that I'm holding for Brother Charlie, I don't need him to curry favor with me."

"You don't need to spend that much." Dorothy said, "I heard the sound engineer saying that it would probably cost around twenty million dollars."

Quinn immediately said, "In that case, give him thirty million dollars when the concert is over!"
