When Charlie saw this text message, he knitted his brows tightly and called the other party immediately.

However, a notification prompt quickly sounded, telling him that the other party had already turned off his cell phone! This caused Charlie to feel a kind of anger where he was being toyed with.

So, he stood up immediately and said to Claire, "Honey, I'm going out to make a phone call."

Claire realized that something was wrong from the expression on Charlie's face, and she wanted to ask him the reason.

However, she was afraid of delaying Charlie's business and so, she nodded and said softly, "Go quickly."

Charlie took his cell phone out of the restaurant, and he called Porter directly at a location where there was no one else around.

As soon as the phone call was connected, he said to Porter immediately, "Porter, I need you to check a phone number for me. Find out exactly who is using this number and where this person is. The location should be as accurate as possible!"

Porter responded without any hesitation," Mr. Wade, please tell me the phone number that you want me to check, and I'll get someone to look into it!"

Charlie told Porter the phone number immediately, and Porter called Charlie back after a mere three minutes.

After Charlie was connected, Porter said, "Mr. Wade, I got someone to look into the phone number that you sent me. This number is a cell phone number from Canada, and the operator is Bell Communications.

"However, this is an anonymous prepaid cell phone card, so we could not find any information related to the user. Although it is mostly foreign tourists who buy this kind of card, anyone in Canada can buy it at will. I'm afraid that it will be very difficult, and it will take some time if you want to find who the other party is."

As Porter spoke of this, he also explained," I've already asked my men, and they've tried to determine the specific location of the other party based on the information of the base station used by the other party. However, the other party will need to be logged into the network for at least one or two minutes in order to determine the other party's specific coordinates, but the

other party's anti-reconnaissance awareness is very strong. He turns on his network for no more than thirty seconds each time and so, we can only find out his approximate location."

Charlie asked, "What is his approximate location?"

Porter explained, "The base station used by the other party is located in Oskiatown, Vancouver, in Canada. The radius of the signal coverage for a base station is more than two kilometers and so, we can only determine that the other party must be in the Oskiatown area, but the other party's specific location cannot be determined."

Charlie was startled when he heard this.

If the user of this cell phone number was not in Vancouver, Charlie could then assume that this might be some sort of prank or the beginning stage of a

telecommunication fraud.

No matter what the other party's purpose was, at the very least, he was not a direct threat to Stephanie.

However, Porter's men had already pinpointed the location of this cell phone user to Oskiatown in Vancouver.

This proved that the user of this phone number was by Stephanie's side!

This made Charlie's heart tense up again.

So, he asked Porter, "Is there any way to determine the other party's exact location a s soon as possible? Narrow it down to an accuracy within a radius of one hundred meters, at the very least."

Porter explained, "Mr. Wade, if you want to narrow down the accuracy of the positioning within a radius of one hundred meters, you have to let the other party stay in the network for at least one or two minutes so that it would be possible to pinpoint his location through the data between him and multiple base stations. If the other party is only switching on his cell phone for thirty seconds each time, it is technically impossible for us to achieve accurate positioning pinpointing."

After listening to Porter's explanation, Charlie knew that this habit of the other party to turn off his cell phone after sending text messages had to be to avoid base station positioning tracking, and this

method seemed to be very effective

indeed.

So, he asked Porter, "Do you have any manpower in Canada?"

Porter said ashamedly, "Mr. Wade, Ten Thousand Armies' main area of activity is in the Middle East and Africa. The North American side is the territory of the

American mercenary corps and some overseas gang, so we generally do not intervene."

As Porter spoke, he added, "However, I can send some people over right now if you need them!"

Charlie hesitated for a moment.

If Stephanie's current situation was truly urgent, he was afraid that there would no longer be any room for delay.
