Old Godfather Ryan's actual name was not Ryan. They called him Ryan as inspired by the classic United States war movie' Saving Private Ryan'.

In the movie, the four Ryan brothers had enlisted in the service. However, the three other brothers had been killed in action except for Ryan. The United States government wasz determined to search for the fast surviving brother of the four at all costs.

Here, Old Godfather Ryan's five sons were all dead. Therefore, he was greater than Ryan in the eyes of the Italian gang members. That was also why everyone had given him such a nickname. Someone pushed Old Godfather Ryan on the wheelchair and into the church. When everyone saw him, they stood up and showed their respect for him.

Subsequently, someone sobbed and said with tears, "Godfather, more than eight hundred people in the gang have disappeared overnight. You have to help guide us on this matter!"

Someone else immediately got up and said, "That's right, Godfather! Look at all these helpless old men, women, and children here! Please help them!"
