My actions don’t only surprise me but Ahyan as well, However, he holds me as long as I want. My body feels hot and his scent is driving me crazy with desire. I get to my feet pacing as beads of sweat form on my face. My body is hot and worriedly, the Prince approaches me. He puts his hands on my neck.

” Amara you smell f*****g amazing,” he mumbles, burying his face in my neck as he begins to nibble it softly, I hold his shoulder and close my eyes as he continues to leave trails of k****s on my neck to collarbone and neck.

” That smell- she smells really good,” Lyon’s voice gets us out of our trance. His eyes are dark with l**t and he swallows thickly as he looks at me like a meal he’s been wanting to eat for days, Ahyan lets out a deep possessive growl and stand in protective stance, only did he turn away and covers his nose quickly with his hand. Still, in a daze my mind wonders what is happening, my wolf is whimpering like she’s sick.

Cole and Lyon are also looking at me with l**t in their eyes, and so is Ahyan but by mere Instincts, I move closer to him. He holds my waist.

” You’re sweating, what’s happening to you?” He asks, checking my temperature with his hand.

” She’s in heat,” Cole’s voice Is soft. My eyes widen at what he said. How did I forget about my heat?

A female goes in heat when she has found her mate! Heat is the great desire to mate with your counterpart, the feeling is so strong and you feel horny all the time. Other males around also feel horny once they smell your intoxicating sweet scent and their inner wolves will want to mate with you at all costs. It takes so much control and lasts about three to four days

” Somebody get her out of her please,” Lyon grits his teeth, running his hand through his hair and trying to resist coming here. I try to walk out but I suddenly have abdomens pains, and my knees buckle. My breath is erratic and the males here are having a hard time controlling themselves.

His eyes are dazed with burning desire as he walks toward me and I whimper, shaking my head. I don’t think I can help myself if he touches me and I don’t want to mate with him, I still haven’t forgiven him.

” Don’t worry, I won’t do anything until you tell me to, let me just take you to your suites before these bastards pounce on him,” he says, glaring at his friends who laugh but point to the door at once. Ahyan carries me bridal style out of the room to my suite.

” I don’t want – to mate with you, Ahyan, you hurt me,” I pant through the pain. He only k****s my hair.

” Only when you’re ready,” he mutters. I nod, closing my eyes, enjoying the feel of his body against mine as he walks quickly.

Once in the suite, he puts me on the edge of the bed, I look at him and he raises his hand to caress my cheeks. I close my eyes enjoying his touch on my skin, it’s easing down the hotness and an odd feeling rushes in my body. I m**n as his thumb caresses my lips and I open my mouth slightly, taking it in my mouth. He gets on his knees so we are at eye level. ” I do so much but not like this,” he breaths, I slowly take off my clothing and stand before him. Ahyan is dying to jump on me but he’s resisting. His d**k is protruding from his sweatpants.

” Come on, now,” I insist. He is breathing heavily and growls are escaping his chest.

” Ahyan, I’ll only hate you more if you don’t f**k me right now,,”

The Dragon Prince only smiles faintly and k****s me deeply but it’s short. He pulls away.

” you are indeed beautiful, but if I’m to take you, it will be when you and your counterpart agree to it, Rhudo,” he husks and I’m surprised but his restraint.

” I’ll tell someone to come with something that will ease your pain, for now, I’m going to take a cold shower,”

I watch him exit the room, while Rhudo wallows in pity and s****l frustration, I get control of the body.

” What the f**k, Rhudo!” I scold my wolf. She had no right to do that! What if he lost control as well.

” I’m sorry,” she says after a long time. I sigh and head to the bathroom, fill the bath with cold water and get in. I feel a bit better when I do.

I slept at one point and when I woke up, the water was warm so I had to change it.

A knock sounds on my bathroom door and I figure it’s Sandra.

” Come in,” my throat Is dry and it burns. The door opens,

” Hello,” I twist my neck to the door and I’m surprised it’s not Sandra. A young woman is standing in front of me with a smile on her lips, she’s pretty and petite, with dark skin and beautiful eyes.

” Hi, I’m Celeste, Ahyan told me to help you with some herbs that will ease your pain,” she says. I nod but I don’t like how she casually called him by his name. When she exits the bathroom, I get out of the tub and dry my body with a towel. I apply lotion to my skin and step out of the bathroom. Celeste looks comfortable on a couch across my bed, she’s unpacking some herbs from her small brown packages. I go to my closet and pick a pair of dark sweatpants and a white shirt. I wear fluffy house shoes and go to Celeste. The bath did good for me but I still feel like I have a fever and my body is still burning. I sit on the edge of my bed, watching her, I notice the strange tattoos on her arm and I utter

” You’re a witch,” I croak. She nods her head. The door opens and Sandra walks in, carrying a tray of food. She puts it on the table before squealing and jumping on the witch, Celeste hugs her back with a huge smile.

” I missed you too, Sandy,” she laughs. The two ladies are talking very fast, clearly, they haven’t seen each other in a while.

” What are you doing here girl?” Sandra asks, tucking a strand of hair behind Celeste’s ear. They stare at each other for a while before she answers.

” I’m here for lady Amara, she is not feeling well and Ahyan asked if I can help,” she says smiling at me but I don’t smile back at her, I just hate that she speaks so familiar about my mate.

My wolf growls in my head and I roll my eyes at her. Sandra looks worried now.

” My lady, you should have called me,” she sounds agitated. I hold her hands to calm her so that I answer but she suddenly sniffs the air.

” Is it just me or do you smell amazing my lady,” Her eyes darken and my face falls as I move from her. Celeste holds her shoulder

” Can you get me some hot water please?”

Sandra nods and exits the room very fast. I’m left with the witch and it’s so awkward as we stare at each other.

” When did your heat start?” She asks.

” Today,” I respond. She nods.

” I’ll give you something to hinder it for a while and you’ll continue drinking the herbs whenever you go into it again,”

” It will come again?” I ask. She nods.

” Heat is something created by the moon goddess to bring mates closer so by doing this I’m defying nature. It will keep coming until you and your soulmate mate,” she explains, sitting back on the couch. We are silent until the door opens but it’s not Sandra who brings that water, it’s Jane, the girl who helped me get ready in the morning. She gives the witch the water and asks me to have some food before exiting the room silently. Celeste makes some portions and gives me to drink, it looks green and gross so I hesitate, grimacing but she smiles encouragingly and I gap it, surprisingly, it tastes so good in my mouth and I can feel it in my stomach, after a few minutes, my stomach settles and I smile. Celeste looks proud of herself.

” I know, it tastes amazing,” I nod and now I want more. She puts some in small glass jars and walks to the refrigerator to put them there.

” Now, Ahyan’s princess should eat and have enough rest,” I’m shocked to know that he told her.

” He told me, congratulations, Amara. He is a complicated but good guy, he just doesn’t know that good side yet,” she looks sincere and I nod. She gives me her phone number before leaving. I was in so much pain earlier that I didn’t want to eat anything. My stomach growls and I go to the tray, there is so much food here.

I first pick the grilled chicken and slowly start to eat. It’s delicious, and after an hour or so, I’m done. I feel so sleepy, it’s already late so I get under the covers and get in bed to sleep.
