"You really do know your size " Samuel said unbelievably, as Zion exited the bathroom buttoning his sleeve. He was impressed that the dark blue suit with sleek gold buttons actually looked impeccable on Zion along with his clean cut blonde hair. He found it amusing that he always rejected the formality of a suit but now here he was confined to a woman whose world required him to wear one. "Now we look like brothers. They might even want me to play the next James Bond when they see me in this suit. I think we should take a picture just for mother and maybe Daniel."

"Not a chance in hell." Zion replied as he went to his room to finish up.

Samuel shrugged and smiled slyly. It was worth a try. The event card said they were to arrive at six sharp. They also had to be early in case something happened which they hope didn't happen.

Samuel was really liking England and it was telling him he really needed to get out more. Back home at the pack it was all work and focus. Maybe that was why he wasn't mated as yet. For him he didn't care much about finding his chosen mate. If he found her it would be fine. If not, he would be fine as well. The bachelor life was nice and peaceful, plus he was particular. Whenever he was ready, if he was ever ready he would choose a mate. As of now he was more than content being a single unmated man. He liked being alone for now as selfish as it may seem. It could stay for all he cared and he would be fine with being unmated all his life.

His phone rang and he pulled it out placing it on speaker.

"Yeah Daniel."

"You guys ready already?" he asked incredulous.

"Yeah. Zion's finishing up. How's the pack?"

"Don't ask me how the pack is. I'm here busting my balls while you two are in London vacationing and you don't even send me a picture so I can draw myself in?"

"You know how Zion is with pictures."

"Take it when he's not looking goddamn! You have the clear height advantage."

Zion came out the room fastening on his gold watch.

"Don't you have work to do?"

So you do miss me?"

"I swear I better come back and not see even a hair is out of place." Zion replied even though he knew Daniel was doing a good job. Daniel seemed to be trying to prove him self hard as a Beta who could hold things down if needed.

"Yes dad, I'll make sure everything is still in tip top shape when you guys come back. If you ever come back." he made a dramatic sucking noise that hinted at their future demise going to the event that night.

Daniel had definitely matured over the years. He cleared his throat hinting that what was coming next was something serious.

"What I really called you guys about is very important. You guys won't believe what I'm about to tell you. I'm going need you to be on the lookout and on guard especially with Anastasia well Kiarra."

Zion lifted his head immediately, he was now even more alert than ever.

"What is it?"

"This is beyond serious Zion. It's troubling." Daniel replied apprehensively. Zion leaned forward and stared at the phone.

"Remember the red headed royal asshole?"

"Yeah"

"Well he pulled up with two prisoners to stay here under heavy guard until he was ready for them. Left explicit instructions for them that no one is to know anything about them and where they are. When I say no one I mean no one. Guess who they are?" Samuel looked at Zion and Zion's jaws tensed because he had a wild guess who it could actually be.

"The Lycan bodyguard that shot at Kiarra."

Zion's blood was boiling. He couldn't believe it. The bitch was still alive and it made him see red.

"He shouldn't be allowed to still live." said Zion threateningly low.

"Yeah but guess who else is with him? This just gets more and more mind boggling. I don't like this. The annoying prissy blonde who came with him during his visit, Mariela. They were both pretty messed up and in a terrible state. I would've rather death if you see what he did to them. He is scary as hell."

How could Zion forget their little visit.

"Did he say anything?" Zion asked.

"No, just to keep them tight under lock and key until he is ready for them."

This made them even more on edge. The blonde must have really messed up to be thrown in the mix and though he couldn't quite say she was involved, it looked very possible.. She would definitely have to have crossed the line badly for her father and family were an old family that held status and power especially on the council. This was getting more and more grave by the second and he was worried even more for Kiarra.The moon goddess please let him see her tonight.

They could attack her at any time.It could be anyone, anywhere. For heaven's sake, they had a bodyguard who attempted to take her out so who knows who could try next. Though being home was also one of the safest places she could be with her father. "Zion?" Daniel called through the phone.

"This isn't good" he breathed out.

"Do you have any idea who could be doing this and why?"

"No but it doesn't help that she's the Lycan princess."

Zion was perturbed on how to protect her if he even could.
