The Lovefruit? That was one of the herbs required for treating Curtis. Felix would never refuse that. "Alright. Send me the address and the time."

Finding something was purely based on luck. Expanding connections and money would only increase the chance of finding it.

Kane was a good example. He was part of Dragon Alliance, and the Kinsleys could never compare with him in terms of their resources. Despite that, there had still been no news from Kane, even though a night had passed.

Conversely, Felix had already indirectly gotten Bluesand from the Kinsleys, and now, they had given him news of the Lovefruit. It really was just luck.

At the Tabiner Bay sales center, Ruth was smoking outside with a woman.

"Ruth, thank you for introducing two clients to me." The woman's name was Sandra Todd, and she had met Ruth at a bar. The two of them had clicked immediately, and Ruth hadn't cared about the fact that Sandra was just a salesperson at a real estate company. "Why are you being so formal with me? It's a pity that villas are so expensive, and none of my uncles and aunts have any plans to buy a house at the moment. I can only introduce a couple of clients who are looking for apartments."

Apartments and villas couldn't be compared at all because of the huge difference in price. If Sandra sold a villa, she would be able to take a break and go on a holiday at once.

Tabiner Bay was a newly built luxurious neighborhood, and the most expensive houses in it were the fully furnished villas, which were ready for clients to move into right away. It had five stories in total, complete with a front and backyard, elevators, and many other things. It cost 25 million dollars. If Sandra managed to sell one, she would get a commission of 1.25 million dollars! That would mean she could sit back and relax for quite a while.

"Really? I trust in your judgment. Is it an old man, a middle-aged one, or a young man?"

Sandra thought for a moment and suddenly smiled. She hurriedly stubbed out her cigarette and put a piece of gum in her mouth before saying, "It's a handsome young man. I wanted to ask you if you knew him, Ruth."

If Ruth did know him, it would increase the chances of his making the purchase. If such a connection did exist, she might as well use it.

"Really? Now I'm curious. When you meet him later, I'll watch from the sidelines. If I know him, I guarantee I'll be the perfect assistant for you. Don't worry!"

"Thanks, Ruth." Sandra's phone rang. Her manager was calling. "He's here!"

She hastily spritzed some perfume on herself and rushed into the building, Ruth following close behind her.

In the sales center, Felix had just sat down in an armchair. A server in charge of drinks was serving him.

"Give me a glass of warm water."

"Very good, sir. Please wait a moment."

Felix smiled and said, "I only just arrived. If it's convenient, you can just take me to see the house. You don't need to explain anything.

If he liked it, he would buy it at once. He didn't want to waste more time searching for a house.

Just as Sandra was about to nod happily, Ruth came up beside her. "Damn! I thought it was a big client, but it's just you! Felix, you lying asshole!"
