Luis was furious. As a major player in Canraville's underground circles, he had never been so blatantly disrespected by such an unimportant figure.

He quickly turned to the man who had just appeared and kicked the gunman away. He said, "Mr. Sharkey, take them out. I'll handle the consequences."

Such speed could only come from a martial artist. No wonder Pierce had not brought any bodyguards.

It made sense though. Affluent families in Avesburgh would hire martial artists to follow them around and protect them. As the richest man in Canraville, Andrei would have such connections too. The man smiled bitterly. He patted Pierce's shoulder and actually left, saying, "Pierce, try to make peace. You've offended someone whom even your father can't handle."

This man was actually Robert, Vanessa's friend. He had apologized to Felix again just last night. How could he not realize Felix's extraordinary status after seeing Felix receive VIP tickets to Dreamscape's concert? He had better leave while he could.
