George quickly jerked the phone away from his ear, frowning. "Mr. Gibson, are you trying to make me deaf?"

George was stunned, and his eyes turned cold. "Don't push it too far, Mr. Gibson. Felix's body was damaged after that heroic act, and you're still trying to cause trouble for him? "Even if he can't cure them yet, he might be able to ease their suffering." Xena nodded and tried calling but could not get through. "Never mind. Increase security- Silas should be here in 20 minutes."

Just then, Xena's phone rang with a video call from Curtis, which was unusual for this time of night. She declined it and texted back, "Grandpa, I'm on a mission. Can we talk later?"

However, the video call came through again, making Xena sigh in frustration-this was not like Curtis at all.
