"Mom! I know someone incredibly skilled who can definitely cure Uncle Gary!" Nancy's with enthusiastic announcement drew everyone's attention, and her mother's face lit up hope.

"Really? Contact them right away!" her mother, Samantha Niles, exclaimed excitedly.

Nancy pulled Felix forward and introduced him "Mom, this is Felix Zeller, my good friend.

Samantha gave a polite greeting, though she internally questioned why Nancy was introducing a friend at such a critical time. "Hello, Felix. It's nice to meet you," she said before turning to Nancy. "Well, Cici. Hurry up and make the call!" After a brief pause, Nancy declared seriously, "Felix is the master healer I was talking about."

The announcement caused an uproar among the relatives gathered in the hospital waiting room.

"Don't be ridiculous, Cici! He's far too young to be a master healer," Samantha protested.

"Exactly, Nancy! At his age, being a resident physician would be impressive enough," one of her aunts chimed in.

"What's wrong with you? Are you playing games with my

dad's life?"

Nancy had not expected such harsh criticism from a single statement, and tears welled up in her eyes.

"Everyone, please. Nancy hasn't finished explaining. Actually, I'm-" Felix began, but Drake's sudden appearance cut him off.

"Mrs. Yonder, I've arranged everything. The chief of cardiology will personally perform the surgery, and we can transfer him to the cardiac unit right away," Drake announced smoothly. The room froze for a moment, everyone too stunned to speak.

"Nancy, what's this about?" Samantha asked, confused.

Drake flashed his charming smile. "Mrs. Yonder, I'm Nancy's friend, Drake Sterling. When I heard about her uncle's condition at her place earlier, I rushed over immediately." Drake's handsome appearance and instant problem-solving impressed everyone. Samantha's initial tension melted into gratitude, and the relatives' attitudes also shifted. "This is wonderful! Drake, you've helped our family tremendously. I don't know how to thank you," Samantha gushed.

"Good morning, Dr. Ziegler!"

"Oh, my goodness! Why is Dr. Ziegler in the ER?"

Drake's group turned to look, and someone immediately recognized him.

"Isn't that Canraville's top medical expert, Dr. Leonard Ziegler? He doesn't have office hours today. What's he doing in the ER?"

Samantha turned to Drake excitedly. "Drake, did you arrange for Dr. Ziegler, too?"

Drake was caught off guard. While he had tried to pull strings to get a top specialist, Leonard was infamous for refusing to deal with VIPS or favors.

However, the timing seemed perfect, so he took the credit. He quickly flashed a confident smile and said, "Well, Mrs. Yonder, of course, I'd do my best for Nancy's uncle. It seems Dr. Ziegler made time, after all."

The relatives were impressed by Drake's apparent connections, believing the legendary Leonard's involvement guaranteed success. As if to confirm Drake's claims, Leonard began walking toward their group. Drake stepped forward eagerly, extending both hands. "Dr. Ziegler, thank you so much for coming."
