The Rise of a Master: It Starts With Rejection -
With Husband 660
Chapter 660
Felix frowned as he glanced at Mason before asking, "What exactly do you want?"
"Isn't it obvious? I want you to treat my friend. Rosalyn said you're a traditional medicine practitioner. If you're good enough to work with the Ruby family, you must be skilled. My friend's condition isn't critical, but he's friend, so we can't wait around."
If Mason really could not afford to wait around, why would he be in a mood for pizza here? "I'll give you an answer, then. No. I won't go."
Mason smiled cruelly and scoffed. "Do you think I won't touch you in public? Or did think I'm just bluffing because you're a doctor and have powerful connections?
you
"Well, you're wrong. I'm Mason Jacobs, a prodigy of the Eight Great Martial Families. I can crush you effortlessly in every way, so I suggest you wise up."
Getting no response as Felix walked away, Mason cracked his neck. "You're the first to dare ignore me ever since I became famous. After midnight, you won't even get a chance to regret your words." Back at his villa, Felix called Seven from the Flair organization. "Come to Gray City."
"Yes, Mr. Zeller. Should I prepare anything?"
After some thinking, Felix said, "I'll need you to get rid of a body here."
Seven understood immediately.
Mason had been tailing Felix the whole way, so his intentions were obvious. In Dragonia, no one could openly challenge national authority without consequences.
After checking his new place, Felix realized he still needed some things. The good thing about this location was it was in the city center and was close to a mall, which was convenient even without a car.
Shortly after entering the mall, Felix's attention was drawn to an approaching woman.
Her flowing hair swayed under a red beret. She was wearing a black crop top and fitted pants. With such a pretty face, she looked elegant and edgy.
But it wasn't her looks that caught Felix's eye-she was at best on par with Wendy. What intrigued him was her lightning-fast movements, which were almost impossible to track.
He had first sensed something off. Then, he focused intently but barely caught a glimpse of her shadow as she targeted a second person. It reminded him of that incident at the Aleshire mall, where even he, a Pulse Realm master, had been pickpocketed without 1/2

noticing.
He strongly suspected this woman was behind it. Intrigued, Felix followed her. Seeming to have sensed something, she stopped picking pockets and left the mall.
When she arrived at an alley, she turned to face Felix, who had openly followed her there. She looked at him with contempt. "Listen up, kid. Enough is enough. I know I'm gorgeous, but you're not in my league. Got it?"
Felix smiled. "My phone was stolen once, so I have some questions for you. After that, you can go."
A cold glint flashed in her eyes before she gave him a seductive smile as she walked toward him. "What are you talking about? I don't understand. Why don't you... explain it again?"
