Selmer was surprised. It seemed like only Billy dared talk to Felix like this. It was really a case of keeping someone else in check. Half an hour later, Felix and Billy left for Floral Wreath Boutique.

"What's up? You actually came to me on your own. This is another favor you owe me now," Billy said.

Felix didn't know how to react to that. "Say, Billy what's the point of owing you so many favors? Could you even use them all?" Billy ignored him. "I like it, so what's your deal? Tell me, what's up?"

Felix didn't know what Billy was going to do with the favors. But since he couldn't figure it out, he decided to go along with it for now.
