The Rise of a Master: It Starts With Rejection -
Billionaire With Husband 869
Chapter

Luna watched curiously, unsure of what Felix was doing with the tiny pill in his hand. Felix said casually, "This is one of our Dragonian medical techniques-just watch."
He crushed the pill in his hand, turning it into fine powder, which he sprinkled over the fake Dragonspine. This pill, known as the Windseeker Pill, was something he had crafted himself using a recipe from Gerald's medical texts.
It was designed for tracking, working in pairs-one part would be used on a person or object, while the second acted as the locator.
Felix was not entirely confident it would work since this was his first time using it. After applying the powder, he produced the second pill, which began to roll forward in his palm as if pointing the way.
"Let's go. Drive in that direction," Felix instructed.
Luna was amazed by the display and could not hide her amazement. "Dragonia is really something. There's no wind or force here, but the pill's moving all by itself."
Felix continued giving directions as the pill guided them, and Luna maneuvered the car, taking sharp turns whenever needed. After an hour and a half, they reached a small town in Guneria.
Driving around the perimeter of a church, Felix confirmed that something emitting the same energy as the fake Dragonspine was inside the church.
"Wait in the car and call me if anything happens," Felix told Luna.
Luna was someone Felix trusted and had earned the right to see more of his world. After ensuring she was safe, Felix put on the Shadow Mask and slipped into the church. Contrary to his expectations, the interior was eerily quiet, with no guards in sight. Following the Windseeker Pill's lead, he descended into the church's basement. "Who's there?" a voice called out, followed by a swift attack.
Felix caught the assailant's wrist mid-strike, momentarily taken aback. Standing before him was an elderly man dressed in a priest's robe, his wrinkled face weathered with age. Felix exclaimed, "You're a Dragonian, and even an early-stage Blood Real martial artist?"
Felix released his grip and stepped back, staring at the old man, who was equally surprised. The elderly mumbled, "You're so young, yet so strong. Are you from... that side?"
Felix had not expected that the fellow Dragonian he encountered would turn out to be not only a highly skilled martial artist, but also someone who casually mentioned the mysterious "that side" in their first exchange.
"I'm not from that side," Felix stated firmly.

The priest's expression brightened, his shoulders visibly relaxing. "Amazing! A prodigy like you from the city? Your talent is extraordinary-almost terrifying."
With the tension easing, the old man seemed more willing to talk. "Why are you here? I don't sense any killing intent from you. Take a seat."
Felix hesitated before sitting across from the priest. Then, he placed the black case and said, I'll get straight to the point-I'm guessing this isn't unfamiliar to you."
The old man waved his hand, and the case fully revealed its contents-the replica
Dragonspine. The old man exclaimed, "That's the Dragonspine I just made! How did it end up in your hands?"
As expected, the elder recognized the Dragonspine, which only deepened the mystery surrounding the situation.
"I took it," Felix admitted bluntly.
The old man's face darkened in shock. "You're insane! This is Guneria-Westerio Order's territory! Did you steal from them? If you want any chance of surviving, return to Dragonia immediately."
Felix raised an eyebrow at the unexpected tone of concern. The elder's reaction was oddly considerate, but Felix remained unfazed. With his strength, he could easily deal with the old man, and if the situation escalated, he was ready to resort to force.
