Alicia did not give him a direct answer.

She pushed him away, turned on her heel, and walked away.

Her notes filled the page and she went over them patiently. But upon reviewing, she realized that almost half of her notes were wrong.

The message carried more emotion than he intended and felt strangely out of place.

At that moment, Caden had just finished dinner. A customer shook his hand and said, Mr. Ward, I look forward to our collaboration.

As Hank went to get the car, Caden pulled out his phone.

He saw Alicia's angry message, looked at the time, and smiled to himself.
