Alissa's POV

"Ali" "Ali"

"Alissa"

I fluttered my eyes open to see Liana. As soon as I opened my eyes, she smiled widely.

"Wake up, sleepy head. We're teaching the pups today" she said enthusiastically.

I nodded sleepily and looked to my side.

My brows furrowed when I didn't see Bry there and I sat up immediately.

"Where's Bryan?" I asked a little bit in panic.

"He's in the kitchen having breakfast with Enzo" Lia said.

I sighed in relief.

"Enzo's here this early in the morning?" I said.

Lia nodded.

The Alpha dropped him off because he said Enzo woke up really early, got prepared to come here and threw a pouting tantrum if he wasn't brought here" she said. I chuckled.

"Enzo also brought breakfast in courtesy of the Luna. Delicious breakfast" she said.

I nodded.

"Has Bry prepared yet?" I asked.

Lia nodded.

"Yeah and he did it all by himself" she said proudly.

I smiled and nodded.

"Okay. Give me a few minutes and I'll be out as well" I said.

Lia nodded and left the room.

I stretched and got out of bed so I could prepare for the day.

I'll be teaching the pups again. It's temporary but I'll take every chance I get to experience teaching them again.

I finished showering and I dried myself off.

I wore a beige solid notched lapel blouse paired with white high waist flare leg pants and a pair of beige block heeled mules.

I put my hair into a ponytail after drying it and I applied minimal makeup on my face before going out of my room and into the living room.

I saw Bry and Enzo playing together and I smiled at the sight.

They were getting closer and closer to each other which I really love.

"Good morning, boys" I greeted and they both turned to look at my direction and ran to me.

I caught them both in my arms and hugged them.

"Good morning, Ali" they said in unison making me chuckle.

I ruffled both their hairs.

"Finished breakfast?" I asked.

They both nodded

"Okay. Let me have a bite and we can be on our way. How's that sound?" I said.

"Okay" they daid and got back to playing while I went to the kitchen.

Denisse was there and once she saw me, she gave me a smile.

"Good morning" I said as I sat down.

"Morning, babes" she said and gave me a plate of food.

"Have you had your breakfast?" I asked.

Denisse answered my question by getting herself a plate and sitting in front of me.

"I waited for you and Lia had breakfast with the boys to keep them company" she said.

I nodded and we both started eating.

"The boys are getting closer, aren't they?" I said lookibg back at the living room where Bry and Enzo were playing. "Yeah. Your little brother are getting along really well" she agreed.

My little brothers.

Music to my ears.

"So" I said.

"What do we have planned for the day with the kids?" I asked.

"The usual except there's outdoor playtime for today" she said.

"Oooh fun" I said.

"Yeah but I'm not sure how Lia's going to feel about chasing around little pups all around the area" she said chuckling.

I chuckled as well.

"We'll see, I guess" I said.

"Speaking of Lia. Where is she?" I asked.

"She went out to get some fresh air" she said.

I nodded and kept eating breakfast.

Until the door burst open and Liana camr inside looking panicked.

"Oh my ghad. Oh my ghad. Oh my ghad" she said.

I immediately rushed to her.

"What happened?" I asked checking her.

She looked at me wide eyed.

"He's here" she said.

My brows furrowed.

"Who's here?" I asked confused.

"My mate. He's here. Oh my ghad" she said.

My jaw almost dropped to the floor.

I held Lia and calmed her down.

"Where is he?" I asked.

"Outside. He's being held back by the guards" she said pointing outside.

I sighed.

"Stay here" I said and turned to look at Denisse.

"Keep everyone inside" I said and glanced at the kids.

Denisse nodded and I made my way outside.

"Ali!" Lia called me but Denisse held her back.

I got out and saw the Alpha with the royal guards.

My brows furrowed as he looked at my direction.

"What are you doing here?" I said.

He raised a brow at me.

"I should be the one asking you that" he said.

I scoffed.

"You-" I was about to cuss at him.

"Eero"

We both turned to look at who called him and to my surprise, I saw the Alpha.

"Uncle" Lia's mate said.

My eyes widened.

Excuse me, what?

Uncle?!

I was in complete and utter shock.

The Alpha went to Eero Hayes and gave him a hug then he turned to me.

Hayes. He's last name is Hayes.

Similar to the Alpha's.

"I see you've met, Alissa, she's one of the most valuable pack member here in Sol" Alpha said. Eero's brows furrowed.

"Her? Isn't she of royal blood?" he said.

"She's not of royal blood but she is royal by marriage. She's the wife of King Luke" Alpha said.

Eero looked at me.

"And she's also my mates 'bestfriend"" he said.

The Alpha looked at hkm stunned.

"My mate is inside that cabin and refuses to see me or talk to me" he said with a frown.

The Alpha looked at me.

"Liana. His mate is Liana" I told the Alpha.

The Alpha nodded and then pulled Eero away.

"Uncle" he complained.

"Let's not scare away my guests, Eero. Princess Liana isn't of age yet. She doesn't feel as enthusiastic towards you do settle down" I heard the Alpha as he dragged Eero away.

I sighed in relief then realized who he was.

He was the nephew that the Alpha talked to me about.

The son of the Alpha's late brother.

And he just turned out to be Liana's mate.
